Description of Work: Cleaned up after sewage backup. Repaired pipes under house and driveway. Two complaints: Despite repeated requests they did not provide detailed documentation so that additional insurance coverage or previous owner liability could be pursued. Second, they had us over a barrel in an emergency situation and charged us a very high price, presumably because they had to amortize their equipment. |Finally, the company is divided into separate divisions; had to write three different checks. The individual who took responsibility as general liaison ultimately left the company and never delivered on his promised documentation or supplementary negotiation with the insurance and home warranty companies.

Description of Work: Drain in basement by washer/dryer not totally emptying. Competent, helpful Roto-Rooter workmen came out and evaluated. Turns out sanitary sewer pipe by front sidewalk broken. They had to dig down 8.5 feet to reach it, replace it and confirm intactness of rest of sewer. They worked steadily and cleaned up completely. Cost was high but good work. Some years before they had done similar work on the parallel drain pipe in front yard not as deep. No problem since.
