They came out two days before Christmas and they were very thorough. They came right out and helped us. They tried to break up the roots and the clog and were unable to do that, but they really tried. The guy tried for about 6 hours and even showed us the camera and what was going on in there. He just couldn't do it, so we had to have the whole thing replaced because there was no way to get through it. The group who did the actual work was a contract company that Roto Rooter works with. They were excellent. They did it in a very short amount of time. I was very pleased with what they did. We didn't get any other quotes. I would recomemnd them because I thought they did a good job.

He determined the issue and fixed it in under 15 minutes.

Overall I was very pleased. John was pleasant and professional. It was a big relief to have the work done so quickly, with no extra charge for the Sunday service.

Kitchen sink backed up four hours before 22 people were coming to dinner! It was a Saturday afternoon and Roto-Rooter (Dennis, Technician #2387) was there within an hour. It took a little time, but he opened up the drain, and made sure it was running freely. My kitchen was left clean and we've had no problems with the drain since.

It turned out it was just a loose nut, and he was able to resolve it within 20 seconds, without laughing out loud at our incompetence. He also explained how to resolve such issues on our own in the future, and got everything up and running again. He arrived promptly, was patient with our dogs and our in-progress party, and was generally just helpful and professional. We'll definitely be keeping his card up on our fridge for future issues.

Anthony came out, punctually, and assessed the drain, gave me a price then went to work on the clog from h***. After about an hour he was able to get thru it, but had to use several types of snakes to get it done. At first the price seemed high but he earned that paycheck in the end.

We didn?t use them because their price was really really high. We ended up paying about half of what Roto-Rooter estimated. They were pretty responsive and came out quickly.

I was able to cancel it. I called another company. They came out, and they were able to snake the line within five minutes. They just saved me almost $7000. The guys were nice, but that doesn't save the fact that they were going to charge us for work that didn't need to be done.

They come out right away, usually within an hour or two. They usually get it done in the same day.

He was here all day and through the evening and he did a very good job. The price was good for the work he had to do, he could have charged me a lot more. He was very good about answering my questions and giving me information. I haven't had any trouble with the work so far, so the quality is pretty good.

We don t have a basement in our house so the water from the rains flooded our sewage and both the toilets were leaking. The sewage pipe that goes up to the street had collapsed, so they replaced that. It was a painful and a huge project as they had to dig our front yard, but they did it. They did a good job.

They did charge me for a full service call because it was a simple job. The guy was really nice explaining what he did, and how I could do the same thing so I would not have to call them again. He was on time and I will continue using them.

They did a good job and probably charged me less than they should have, considering the job was much more complex than originally estimated. They never even brought up raising the costs. He had to remove my neighbor's fence to get to the job and replaced the wire with plastic. I called to voice my concern, but they never came out. It's not a big deal and wasn't pursued.

I have used this company before. My Saturday 4 p.m. phone call was answered immediately and professionally. I was told help would come within an hour. It came within a half hour. The service repair man was very professional and patient, and worked steadily on the problem until it was cleared. He charged me the price he originally quoted. I have applied for the city to reimburse me, since the area creating the problem involved was beneath the street and not in my house.

Vehicle was torn up and rusted, and the guy that came to do the estimate was not dressed properly and was not in a uniform.
