Jeff (Premier Home Theater) was fantastic. We needed help thinking and working through exactly what we wanted, as well as determining the right price/value solution within our budget. Jeff was VERY helpful in our deliberations and provided the exact right advice and level of input that we needed. He and his team (Louise and Michelle) provided great support and patience and we wandered through our decisions. Jeff was very attentive to our job, was outstanding in installing and configuring the system, and truly exceeded our expectations. In the end, we love our home theater and know there is no way we could have done this without Premier Home Theater. We are very satisfied and I highly recommend these guys!!

Jeff was very professional and responsive to our needs. He wired the house, reconfigured our WiFi and reconfigured our PCs. While here, he even checked out some other issues we were having, at no extra charge. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and we are extremely pleased with the results.

It went great. He was very knowledgeable about TV types and brands. He was able to get the tv and install it within a few days of my first call. Very responsive. DId a great job with a tough installation project. He programmed a remote that makes the system idiot proof. He is one of those service providers that will always be welcome in my home. We will use him again.

Jeff came to my house and spent a great deal of time with me discussing ways to achieve what I wanted, within my budget which was tight. My situation, without boring you with the details, was complicated. There was a lot of complex wiring and complex work tying in to my existing equipment. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Not pushy at all. My job was not a huge one but he was really generous with his time. He sent me a quote and, surprisingly, got everything I wanted in budget. Not a penny more. He came out and did the installation himself. End product is amazing, it looks and sounds great. He came back later that evening after I got home from work and once again was very generous with his time. He thoroughly walked me through how to use the system with my existing remotes which was a big savings (rather than selling me a remote). Totally un-rushed. I can't recommend Jeff highly enough. If you're doing a home audio/video system of any kind, just hire him. No need to waste your time shopping around. A pleasure to do business with.

They did a great job. They used a combination of equipment I already purchased, with equipment that they recommended and installed a system for my family room and patio. Very easy to work with, friendly and professional w/ various payment options. We were very satisfied.

He was really good. We almost thought the cost was a mistake thats how reasonable it was. Others I contacted were not half as knowledgeable as this guy. He was patient and just remarkable. I highly recommend him!

Jeff, the owner, was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and he listened to our requests for a home theater system in our home. He tailored a plan that was aimed directly at our budget. He went the extra distance to get the details right the first time. I appreciate his attention to detail. I will be calling Premier Home Theatre again.

This is an excellent service provider. Jeff is THX certified and really knows his stuff. Very personable, accommodating and reasonable. They took their time in explaining everything, and have provided follow-up support via phone on two other issues non related to the installation. Would definitely use them again.

The owner, Jeff Uguccini was prompt to follow-up to my call. We discussed having him come to my home to do a walk thru so he could provide an estimate. In scheduling the appointment, his office staff was very polite and accommodating. Jeff came to my home on time and prepared with the right equipment to finish the job. The work was done beautifully. Jeff also took the time to explain how the system worked and offered to answer any questions I might have in the future. I would definitely use Premier Home Theatre again and would recommend to my friends.

Excellent. We use our home theater more than any other appliance. This was a big investment. We are extremely satisfied that we hired the right group. These days, you can't trust "just anyone" to handle a technical product like your TV or home audio.

I called two days prior to the appointment and the sales associate scheduled Jeff to come out on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. He was supposed to stop by and simply give an estimate for mounting the new LED TV I just purchased. However, we discussed all the options of placing the TV, hiding wires, etc. and Jeff actually agreed that he would go ahead and take care of it right then. He was very informative of the situation, the TV I bought, and any other features I could add to the entertainment system at a later time. He was extremely professional, detailed, and overall a great hire for the job. Would recommend to anyone needing help setting up their home entertainment system.

Jeff came out to find out what we wanted and came up with some ideas... we came to a final decision after going back and forth with different ideas and settled on a price. The office kept us posted as to when items were shipping and delivered to their warehouse......then called to set up an install date. Jeff had two different assistants help during the installation period. Overall.....everything went well...Jeff was professional and courteous, they install was veryy efficient and they were careful moving items and were very clean. Jeff calibrated the video setup and showed us how to use the system before he left. Our great room now has a beautiful looking and sounding entertainment system with no cables or wiring showing.

Jeff initially came out and made recommendations as to what type of home theater system would be best for our living room and then followed up with estimates. Once we made a decision about what we wanted, Jeff and his assistant came out and installed our new system. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and then gave us a very helpful tutorial. We couldn't be more pleased with our new home theater system . . . the picture quality, surround sound, and overall setup are fabulous!
