Description of Work: After having extensive renovations to my house, I had PK Wadsworth clean out my ducts. They were so dirty you could hear the dirt coming out of them. The serviceman was knowledgable, polite, timely and cleaned up well afterward. However, I have used PK Wadsworth for over 20 years and have come to expect no less from them. I never hesitate to eave them alone in my house and I trust their judgement about the furnace , air conditioner, exhaust fan, etc. They have been a life saver on several occasions.

Description of Work: They were prompt and professional. However, they only replaced the starter switch to my furnace. It was the coldest day of the year. I had to have it done. Sticker Shock. I had the same problem several years ago. An independent contractor repaired it for $90.00 versus their charge. I felt they took advantage of the circumstances. They charged me 3 times the amount I previously paid.
