+ -1 moreONE OF THE FURNACES DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. THE COMPANY MADE APPOINTMENTS TO COME BACK AND CHECK THE FURNACE, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP. ONLY RETURNED CALLS AFTER CALLING FOR 3 DAYS. I HAD TO HAVE FURNACE REPAIRED BY ANOTHER COMPANY.
Description of Work: FURNACE CLEANING (3)& REPLACED IGNITER.

+ -1 moreINSTALLED A TRANE UNIT AT A REASONABLE COST. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS ARRAIGNING FINANCING. HE SINCE BECOME SOMEWHAT IMPATIENT. DESPITE MY EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS, THEY JUNKED A NEW THERMOSTAT THAT I HAD WANTED TO RETURN FOR CREDIT OR DONATE. THEY DAMAGED A FLOWER POT. THERE HAVE BEEN VIOLATIONS SITED BY THE CITY INSPECTOR.. THEY HAVE BEEN RESPONSIVE TO OTHER ISSUES, AND MY HOPE IS THAT THEY WILL CORRECT THE OUTSTANDING PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A FURNACE, AN A/C UNIT, AND A HUMIDIFIER.

+ -1 moreWE HAD OUR FURNACES INSTALLED BY THE CO. SO WEMCALLED THEM FIRST. WE CALLED TWICE AND LEFT MESSAGES NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALL, THEN CALLED THE NEXT DAY & THEY DID NOT RETURN CALL UNTIL AFTERNOON EXCEPT WE HAD ALREADY USED ANOTHER COMPANY.
