They did a fine job. Their website looks professional and the man I spoke to was good on the phone. He was profession but he didn’t take himself too seriously and he told us how Mulholland could help us. He made sure that if we weren’t completely satisfied they would come back and repeat the treatment. We stopped taking quotes once we heard from Mulholland and I felt good about them coming in. They seem to have done a good job for us and I would recommend them.

He came on time and performed a thorough examination of the property. Found and eliminated one nest in a window sill. Sprayed the entire outside of the house and interior perimeter.

He is wonderful. We have used them for a decade. It is personal service and they do a good job. We live in the woods so we have had different issues such as wood boring bees and carpenter ants. It is a little more personal service than some of these bigger companies. They also live in our area, so they service a lot of my neighbors. He generally calls me to tell me it is time and then we set up a date.

Mike is very personable as well as very professional. He searched until he found the source of the ants, did what was necessary to take care of the problem. He left a clean workplace - and encouraged us to call him if the ants persisted after 2 weeks. We would definitely recommend him and this company.

I have a yearly seasonal bee spray done that includes any additional treatments needed. This year, I had a very bad infestation where the bees had made a nest inside the walls of my home. They had entered through cracked caulking in my chimney and were coming in to my house through an electrical outlet, ceiling fan and recessed lights. Mulholland came out 3 times over a 2 week period because of the severity of the problem. Each time I called, they came out within 2 hours of my call. Mike was very professional and courteous.

Mulholland came out and took care of killing the bee's nest for me. Within one hour of my phone call to them on a Saturday morning, they were already at my house and completed the job! Great service, people and professionalism! I would definitly use them again and I have already recommended them to others.

They are extremely responsive. We had a huge hornets nest come up out of nowhere and they came out and removed it immediately. They will come anytime I need them in between treatments and you do not get charged any additional cost, it is included in your quarterly fees.

When I called they answered the phone (as opposed to others, which ask you to leave a message and they call you back). I got a quote over the phone and the final price was exactly that. We made an appointment for 2 days later and when the time came he was even a few minutes early, which I appreciated. He explained to me what he was doing and was very nice to deal with. I told him where the problem areas were and he looked around the property to see where the ants might be traveling from. He dusted outside the windows of the problem room and sprayed the perimeter of the house. He also sprayed inside for spiders. My two indoor cats were able to wander around as he sprayed, the chemical didn't bother them.To my utter joy, I haven't seen one carpenter ant since his visit.

Very responsive and came out the same day as my call. Talked me through what was being done and assured me that it was safe for my dogs and child once it dried. Good experience.

Our phone call was returned promptly and Mike, the exterminator with whom we worked came out the next morning. He set the original bait outside and the traps outside and inside. He reported back to us via phone regularly - and he returned to check the results several times, although we were never home when he came - but we saw the results. Very pleased with the services provided.

He returned my call within an hour and came right then. I can't remember a time when things have gone this easily and smoothly with a service provider!

Their service is outstanding. They give a very quick response. They have fair prices. They got rid of the bees immediately.

We called in the evening as soon as we found dozens of wasps in our basement. The response was prompt. He came out the next afternoon as promised and charged an extremely reasonable fee for his service - less than competitors. Wasps are gone which is the most important part!

They are very prompt, they return phone calls and they showed up when they said they would. They were very thorough and I would highly recommend them.

I called to request the service and was told that the technician would call me. He did and we agreed on a time for him to come to do the work. He arrived on time and sprayed around the house inside and out. When it was time for him to present the bill, I requested the Angie's List discount as listed on the Angie's List web site. He was unaware of the discount, but called the company office and gave me the discount. The carpenter ants were gone after one week as he promised.

They did an excellent job. They showed up as promised, took care of the job and even located a large ants nest in our front yard and took care of that even though it was not part of the service we requested. Everyone was very nice to deal with and professional.

Well. He came out on very short notice (less than a day), did what was needed and we were ready to repair!

I purchased an investment property that was vacant for 9 months and was left with a ton of food in it. When I took possession my first call was to Mulholland. In my mind I wanted someone to come immediately and believe it or not, they were there within 3 hours! They baited and scheduled to return three days later to bait again. I've found several dead rats and mice. I'm comfortable they did their job. They are extremely professional, prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control.

I called 3 places and no one could come, it was labor day weekend, but this man came within 2 hours. Everything has been fine since. Nothing came into my home or basement. He had the lowest. I have no complaints. I thought his prices were more than fair. He was a gentleman.

I first called him regarding a wasp problem I had in my attic. He told me he would come out the next morning. He was on time and did the job for a reasonable price. Since then he calls me quarterly to make an appointment to treat the house internally, including the basement and garage, and externally around the foundation and the entire deck area. He is pleasant, responsive, and does good work.
