Description of Work: I have called Mulholland Pest Control for several problems over the past 15 years or so: carpenter ants in a wall; a wasps' nest in a different wall that grew so big that it weighed down the plaster inner wall and spilled thousands of warps into our bedroom; more carpenter ants in the barn. Each time, they quickly sent a man who was competent, professional, calm (I was not). They fixed each problem and the services were reasonable.

Description of Work: I called to have carpenter ants exterminated. The response was very quick; Steve came out the very next morning. I thought the fee was high until I saw how extensively Steve sprayed both inside and out. There's still a lingering scent, but it is discipating more every day.

It went well.
Description of Work: Called Mulholland Pest Control and got their voicemail. I received a call back no more than 30 minutes later and was told that they could come out within the hour. That is excellent service. He baited the basement, behind the dishwasher, attic and garage for mice. He explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. He was very thorough and when he exited the house through the garage he came back and said he was going to put a bait in there as well.

THEY CAME OUT AND SPAYED FOR ANTS. THE ANTS WERE GREATLY REDUCED AFTERWARDS, SO WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. WE DID SEE A FEW ANTS IN THE KITCHEN, BUT I ASKED HIM NOT TO SPAY THERE, SO THAT'S FINE. THEY HAVE A 90 DAY WARRANTY, BUT IT HASN'T BEEN NEEDED.
