The movers were extremely careful with our belongings and there was no breakage or issues.

There were some communication problems between the person who made the reservation and the actual movers.

They did a nice job of moving everything quickly even though we have packed everything in small boxs and stuff.

The movers were responsive to the scope of the move, they were punctual and never stopped working, even when asked whether they wanted to take a lunch break. After five hours the move was complete, nothing was damaged, and best of all, the price was less than half of every quote that I had received for the job. I would definitely recommend Move for Less, without question these guys were simply awesome.

Very well starting with a very prompt response to my inquiry and a quote that was held to. The crew was professional, on time and protected my furniture. I would consider using them in the future.

Their price is reasonable. They are good on following up. Making sure that whatever the customer needs is taken care off.

It went very smoothly. The crew worked diligently and treated our furniture and belongings with extreme care. There was absolutely nothing damaged or broken. They took pride in the work they were performing. I would absolutely use them again.

They were timely, professional, and overall did an excellent job. The only negative comment was that they accidentally took a garage door remote opener with them and it took several calls and weeks to have it returned. Overall I would give the company an A- and would definitely consider using them again in the future.

They were courteous. It was a young guy that owned the company. I liked the fact that he was a young black guy. I kind of like to see a young black guy have his own business. He was prompt and professional. So it was pretty good. My chair was pretty expensive so I hired somebody to do so it wouldn't get messed up.

Super team of guys - we really liked them and knew they would treat our stuff like it was their own and they did. Excellent job - start to finish the team worked like crazy to get everything finished.

When I called to schedule the move, they were flexible with timing. They took inventory of the types of things that would need to be moved. Hint: mention boxes if you are going to need to move those. They were timely on the day of the move and friendly. They helped me move most of the stuff from my apartment and my boyfriend's apartment into a 2 bedroom apartment (so lots of stuff!) They brought their own truck (which was factored into the cost) and were efficient and experienced with moving and rearranging. They began moving right as soon as they got there. One of the movers (Lenny) was a seasoned mover and was careful, efficient, and organized in getting all our stuff in the truck. He was joined by an assistant who wasn't as organized as Lenny and one of my cheap Big Lots furniture was damaged by him on accident but worked hard. Other than that 1 piece of cheap furniture, all my boxes and furniture were in immaculate condition. I would definitely refer them / use their services again.

They responded well and worked very much to our satisfaction - - both times that we used them. We primarily used them to move heavy pieces of furniture (juke-box, pin-ball machine, piano) out of a room being re-carpeted. We also used them to move items back into the room after it had been re-carpeted. On both occasions, we had them move some other pieces of furniture between rooms / between floors. We did not fill up the 2-hour minimum time-frame either time, but we saved some money by not having the carpet installer do the furniture moving. The expense was well worth it to us to have them do the moving (and to know that they had coverage (see below)). The 2-man crew was very receptive to and patient with our instructions and a few last-minute changes. When contacting moving companies we had asked about their being covered by Workman's Comp and did not receive satisfactory responses from other companies. The Move 4 Less office staff responded well to our inquiry; upon the crew's arrival the first time (and before we could ask for them), they had for us copies of both (1) Bureau of Workers' Compensation "Certificate of Premium Payment" and (3) Certificate of Liability Insurance. We would use Move 4 Less again, altho we would try to fill the full 2-hour minimum time-frame.

I contacted Move-4-Less Movers on May 2nd for a move to take place on May 4th. I chose Move-4-Less base on the Angie's List reviews Terrrance Meyer the owner gave me flat rate to move a bedrrom set from Brunswick, Ohio to Cleveland.On May 3rd I requested a confirmation of the date and time via email and Terrance promptly responded I was blown away by: 1) Arrival on time 2) Condition of truck 3) professionalism and politeness of the two man crew 4) Speed of move

It was a last minute move, and I called Move for Less on Tuesday the week of the move for a Friday appointment. It wasn't a problem. When i called they quoted me approximately $265 for moving 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 2 TV's. The truck arrived on time to my apartment in Shaker. The movers were very friendly and efficient, as they packed up my apartment in just about 1 hour. Met them downtown at the new apartment a half hour later, and they were able to move all my stuff in within an hour. The guys were all very friendly and took great care of all my furniture. By far the cheapest and best experience I have ever had with a mover.

Joe and Greg did an outstanding job. We asked them to pick up carpet film protectant and they gladly did this prior to arrival and did not charge for the time. The night before we received about 4 inches of snow so travel was tricky and moving items into the truck was difficult. They never complained and did the job effectively and fast! They started the clock after going through paperwork and stopped the clock immediately after the last piece of furniture was moved. No messing around! We had a large sectional to move into an upstairs loft around a turning staircase. No scratches or dents! Amazing. Would highly recommend.

The delivery company was not allowed to bring my treadmill up the stairs. I thought that I would be able to move it with my brother's help once they got it inside. But this treadmill was really heavy, in part because of the way it was packed. I tried piano movers and other moving companies, but they wanted to charge regular hourly moving rates plus travel time, for 10 minutes of work. Finally, I reached Terrance at Move4Less. He had two guys who could come out the next day for $55. That certainly beat the quotes I was getting for $150 plus. Terrance explained that the guys had a complicated job downtown and was not sure what time they would be out but gave me a window of noon to 4. I was getting a little nervous, as I had to be at work by 5, so I called Terrance around 2 and asked if he had a closer estimate. He said he had two guys who had just finished for the day and he would ask them if they could come out. Al and Bob arrived and had the treadmill upstairs exactly where I wanted it in under 10 minutes! They were very polite personable - and fast. I will definitely call Move4Less again and will recommend to my friends.

These guys are absolutely the best. Arrived on time, loaded the truck from stem to stern, nothing moved or was broken after our 9 hour drive to our new location. Worked hard the whole time and didn't waste any time. I would definitely recommend them if you are making any move or just need your truck packed! Excellent all the way around!

Overall - I couldn't ask for a better experience. Moving is stressful and Avery and Josh from Move 4 Less made it a breeze. Make sure you ask for them - they are a great team and super nice guys.

Move for Less was an outstanding experience. Terrance, the owner, responded to all contact and questions immediately. They supply the truck and movers, for less than it was going to cost to rent a truck and hire moving helpers independently. The movers called ahead, showed up promptly, and worked non-stop. Jason and Avery were friendly, professional, hard working and responsive to our requests. They really know how to pack a truck, and had no trouble fitting everything in. They did the entire move (3 bedrooms from Painsville to Twinsburg) in under 7 hours and for a very reasonable price.

Great service. I called 5-6 moving companies and Move for less gave me the lowest hourly rate. I was initially worried about not getting professional service because of the low rate, but it turned out to be great. I was originally assigned two men and a truck, but four men showed up the moving day, and they promised me the hourly rate would be the same. They are very professional, polite, and work very hard and very quickly. We have a lot of stuff and it took about 4 hours for them to load and unload everything, and they put boxes in their assigned rooms as well. We are very satisfied.

I moved from a two-bedroom apartment to a small ranch not more than 5 miles away. It took the movers 6.5 hours to move me. While I think they were nice young men that did the move, I do not think they have much incentive to move any faster as they were getting paid by the hour. It was a hot day but I never expected it to take 6.5 hours for professional movers to move me. I had everything boxed up and beds taken apart, they simply had to load the items and deliver them to the new place. Also, they did not set up anything at my new place, we put the beds together ourselves and there were no appliances to move. I had boxes marked for various rooms and the basement but they did not seem to want to put things in the basement and ended up putting most of the boxes in the kitchen and living room for me to move at a later date. Also, they ran out of "supplies" to take my pictures and asked if I would take them in my car.Then I had things that were wrapped and ready to move and they didn't take them because the items were fragile (glass shelves for my curio cabinet). Also, after speaking with the owner of the company numerous times to confirm that I was scheduled for the specific date and move, I was surprised when the two young men showed up with paperwork for me to sign and on the paperwork it clearly stated that they only accept CASH. By no means did I have the cash on hand and I had to stop at the bank to withdraw what I thought would be enough for the move...I would have thought that would be something they would tell you from the moment they speak with a person.As far as being nice people, I think the movers were very nice young men. I think the business has some kinks to work out.

They ran an hour behind but called to let me know. They didnt milk the clock and were great!
