They had 3 people & they did a really, really good job! It was a minimum of 2 hours & I also tipped $30 for the great work they did. (not included in price)

safeOnly two guys, but they had a system that really impressed me. They did not complain about the heaviness of the furniture or the trouble of getting through a door and up steps. They wrapped all of my wood furniture in plastic to keep from nicking or scratching (something no other mover has ever done for me and broke or gouged many of pieces). They were very efficient, friendly and extremely reasonable. I hope this company never loses sight of how important it is for our possessions to remain in tact and arrive safely. Movers were excellent, however there was a big leak in our driveway of the break fluid from the truck. Manager promised to power wash the drive way and clean up the stains. After 2 phone calls I have not heard from them.

The delivery went very well and I would definitely use them again. They provided the service for a reasonable rate, delivered the item within the time-frame they had promised and even helped me set-up the object. The individuals; CJ and Lenny were very friendly and helpful.

Went great! They were courteous and professional and had things moved very quickly. Only negative is that they were at least 2 hours late, as we were scheduled after another move that occurred that am, however we called to schedule only the week before.

The overall experience was not good. When the movers arrived they were unprepared to do the packing required as there was some communication breakdown between myself and the owner of the company. I have specifically requested a certain teams from the company that had done work for us before. That team was exemplary! The second team only loaded a partial truck, brought it to new house and unloaded it on the lawn and then left and did not return to the old house or the new house. There was heated discussion between the two teams. Team one then completed the entire move and did an excellent job. However, due to the fact that team two deserted the move was not completed until 1:30 a.m.

Provider was punctual and professional. Had stated they would have two movers available and ended up bringing three. Move went faster than anticipated.

This was our first time using professional movers and everything about the experience was great. From the customer service on the phone when I set it up to the move itself. The movers were extraordinarily polite, professional and crazy efficient--the original quote was for 4 hours, but the entire move came in at half that. I will absolutely be recommending these folks to everyone I know.

Went smoothly, though needed to go back and load more items that did not fit in the truck. Since the move was less than 10 miles, it was not a problem. This happened because no one came to the house to see how much we actually had. The truck size determined was based on the number of rooms in the house, not what was in the rooms. Had I asked, someone would have come out and done a walk-through before deciding on one truck instead of two. Also, they were able to move me on the date I chose, despite it being only a week away. This is an enormous plus.

I was overall satisfied with the move. The price was definitely cheaper than a few others that I inquired. They were on time, friendly group to work with. The move was efficient and finished in the estimate time. I would use them in future and would recommend them.

Great experience. Easy to schedule. Called and was able to get on the schedule the next week. They called on the way and arrived on time. The crew was very courteous and handled all items with care. I will use them again for a complete home move in the future. Recommended.

Lenny and Toby were great. They called on the way and arrived within the time range given. They worked continuously until everything was loaded. Just after they left I discovered they forgot the glass shelves to the china closet and table pads. I called Move4less and by the time the phone was answered they were back in my driveway on their own. They drove 2 hours to where everything was to be delivered an unpacked furniture to the house and boxes to the unattached garage, all without incident. They also carried the heavy and bulky sewing machine cabinet up a full flight of steps made narrow by a chair lift. I purchased the insurance though it was not needed. Price was reasonable and gave me peace of mind. Thank You Terrence and all! You are an honest, hardworking bunch and a breath of fresh air! Thank You Angie's List for helping me find them!

When Lenny and Cortez showed up to move my furniture, they were very friendly and enthusiastic. Also , they were very professional. All the papers had to be signed , before and after the move. I only had two pieces of furniture, but they were wrapped and tightly secured. They also moved a table into a room above my garage that was left in the doorway by my previous movers., who could not figure out how to get the table through the doorway. Lenny and Cortez took it back down the stairs and turned it over, so it would fit through the door. They met me at my sister's right on time and they moved additional furniture iof hers into her garage and one piece of furniture upstairs. I would definitely use these movers again and will recommend the moving company to my friends. And also, the communication , starting from my first phone call, was excellent.

Staff is friendly, professional and courteous. Estimate was done promptly and movers showed up ready to work, were very careful with our furniture and belongings and were all very helpful. Moving is a very stressful time but these guys took care of everything, they didn't mind last minute requests at all. They really made us feel like they cared about our satisfaction. I usually don't leave reviews but found this website to be very helpful and this is how I found these guys, sometimes when you spend money on services/products you feel like you don't get your money's worth but these guys definitely earned their fee.

Lenny and CJ arrived on time, and were absolutely terrific movers. These guys work fast, and don't stop. The work was slightly delayed because my third floor apartment has only one elevator, but they still made great time. They are very careful, and absolutely nothing was broken or damaged in the move. These guys were very friendly and professional. They were so nice to my aging father, and even hours after the move my dad kept saying what "good young men" they were and what a good job they did. Lenny and CJ helped with everything I needed, were very willing to rearrange furniture when I changed my mind about placement, took things apart and put them back together again, and managed to pack a whole lot of stuff into their truck. I was more than pleased with the job they did, and with their friendliness and courtesy. I would specifically ask for this pair of movers in the future.

I recently purchased a sofa and was given the name of Express Logistics to facilitate delivery. Express Logistics subcontracted out with this company to perform the work. The movers were careful, conscientious and professional. Next time, I will reach out to this company directly for assistance with any moving/delivery needs I may have in the future.

They moved my mom's apartment contents into a storage area. They were hard workers, very nice to deal with, and got it done fast and at a great price. A+. I originally found them from looking on Angie's List and was very happy with everything.

I contacted the owner Terrence, to see if they could help with some labor. They were able to fit us right in for about half of what the other companies were going to charge. They were very professional and punctual. We would definitely use them again.

From the first phone call to final box, these movers were exceptional in everyway! The price was more than fair, and they don't charge from portal to portal. The two you men showed on time and down right cheerful. They explained the contract and then started the clock. They were efficient, and helpful, and didn't waste minute. They completed my move an hour earlier than expected and there wasn't a dent , ding, or broken glass.

They were excellent. They did an excellent job. They came in, wrapped everything and they put shrink wrapper around all the furniture. They came with four people to move. Everything was very well organized. They put everything back together in the new house. I don’t remember where their pricing fell in but I ended up using someone who the contractor of the house recommended.

The team did a awesome job! Everyone was there on time, the foreman first introduced everyone then walked through the house we moved from to make sure they didn't miss a area. They packed the truck in the most efficient way, used their time and talents well and went out of their way to help us gather all the loose ends in the garage. They unpacked the truck quickly and checked each item before they moved it into the rooms. The running joke was that they moved us faster then we could pack! my daughter and I shared an apartment.I booked my move about 3 weeks prior to move out Everything went perfectly.I had discussed many issues and questions with the company owner @ time of booking,but also went over again with Avery Eric and Avery are true professionals.This is an apartment complex with no elevator(we lived on 2nd floor} and no driveway access.They quickly assessed the safest and most efficient manner to work without inconveniencing other tenants. The condo I moved in is a 3rd story unit,also without an elevator.The guys moved swiftly and put everything where I wanted it.Not stopping until they finished.They were so pleasant,smiling and talking the whole time. My daughter,s move was very last minute as she waited for a 1BR apt.to open up. we were extremely pleased that Terrance offered to move her on Sunday 6-30. We understood that she was being "fit in" and didn't have a definite arrival time, but we were kept informed by phone when they were on their way Again,everything went smoothly

Called provider, and he was able to dispatch one of his crews same day to do the job. Provider was courteous and helpful throughout: even though it took me a few phone calls back and forth to set up a delivery window with the seller, and get her phone number to the crew. They ran a little late, but contacted the seller and me to keep us both informed, so that was no problem. The seller called me to suggest that I test the chair when it arrived, as one corner of the chair had been dropped a small ways accidentally while they were moving it. They got to my house in very reasonable time, and moved the heavy chair into place. We tested it, and there were no marks on the chair and it worked fine. The crew was very courteous as well, although this job had extended their very hot, tiring day. Distance moved: 15-20 miles, from a southern Cleveland suburb to a northeast Cleveland suburb. I felt that they were doing everything they could to accommodate my job quickly, were courteous, and they kept the communications lines flowing all the time. Satisfied with the result. Were able to make arrangements convenient for the seller, too, which I appreciated.
