I have had a service contract for years with KW Lang to provide preventive maintenance on my heating and air conditioning equipment. The price is right and the service excellent. I like the technicians who come to work on our equipment. They are competent, conscientious, and friendly. Always explain their findings clearly. I consider this money well spent, sort of insurance against unexpected, stressful breakdowns!

New Furnace Install from Oil to Gas: Very professional communication during the entire process, from reviewing the job to recommending the appropriate product. They worked with our timeline as we had to run out remaining fuel oil. The installation was completed within the window - no delays. Quality of work was exceptional. Our experience with KW Lang, from the account manager, customer service to the installation crew exceeded our expectations.

Showed up as scheduled. Did service efficiently and professionally as predicted. finished then cleaned up any mess made by preforming the service. very polite will use again.

They did a great job and were a lot cheaper than other quotes I received. They were a lot quicker as well. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Jeez what a terrible experience I just had. I called this morning at 8AM looking for an appointment ASAP. Paula said between 11-2 I said I need earlier and she told me to call back. I called other providers at the same time trying to find service ASAP. I called at 10:30 and another lady told me it was going to be closer to 2PM. I told her that wouldn't work...and she said she'd see if she could move things around for me and she would call me back. Well no one called me back and I hired another provider. While another provider was at my house onsite, KW Lang showed up at my house and the guy looked really ****** off. He said someone tried calling me and it was busy. I told him I had a cell phone and they don't ring busy. He demanded to see my cell phone. Pretty unprofessional but I still showed him because I had no missed calls. He gives me a bill for $90.00. I call and speak to Paula and she reads my phone number back and it's off by 1 digit. That is THEIR fault. There is ZERO chance I am paying this bill and this company is incredibly unprofessional especially the tech who showed up. Thinking I'm trying to pull a fast one....just absurd. If you are looking for service...best you called a different company.

They are polite, timely and honest. With this contract you get bumped to the front of the line for emergency service.
