Description of Work: There was a problem with our smoke detector. They came out and fixed it for us. It was not a major problem but it worked out fine

+ -1 moreJim was contacted by a heating and cooling contractor who had identified a problem with the electrical panel during equipment installation. Jim arrived the following morning to review the problem and provide an estimate. Jim contacted city inspectors to find out the permissible panel installation, explained the work that would be done and provided an estimate. Work was started the following business day and completed the next day. Work passed city inspection - inspector indicated that they did an excellent job. Work was done neatly - all work was cleaned up at end of day and end of job. Could not be more pleased with the work. Will use again for future electrical work.
Description of Work: Removed and placed main electrical panel, added new breaker for 2nd floor furnace.

+ 0 moreHe is very thorough, he plans ahead. He is punctual, responsive, and takes care to answer any questions that we have. His prices are fair, he has a lot of integrity and I think very highly of him.
Description of Work: Installed two bath fans and other miscellaneous things. In the past they replaced the main circuit board, the sub panel, and updated the electrical system.

+ -1 moreCOMPETITIVE QUOTE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY BUT SLIGHTLY HIGHER. I HIRED THEM BECAUSE OF HIS KNOWLEDGE OF HEAT CABLES. ALSO, INSTALLATION ON INTERIOR LIGHTS WAS TOP NOTCH. JIM SAMMER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HONEST.
Description of Work: UPGRADED SERVICE TO 200 AMP, INSTALLED NEW LIGHTS IN KITCHEN, BASEMENT, AND HEAT CABLES ON ROOF.
