+ -1 moreCARTER LUMBER did a great job, they were right on time, they came in and got it done. Their price was way better than anybody else's.
Description of Work: CARTER LUMBER put countertops in all of the kitchen.

insulation
+ -1 moreI rented a blown-in insulation machine from carter lumber. Their price beat all of their competitors'. I did have one issue with the tubing I was given that is used to apply the insulation. The tubing was clogged which caused a delay in completing the job. However, I called and spoke with Reuben and Martin to express my concerns and their professionalism is really what set them apart from their competitors to me. They were kind and compassionate toward the situation. They put me in contact with manager Chris Sheridan who also displayed the utmost in professionalism. He compensated me for the time I lost and he apologized for any inconvenience. Accidents happen, this I'm aware of but it's how the situation was rectified that will draw me back to Carter Lumber in the future. I didn't spend a large amount of money on this particular occasion but next time I have a large project I will likely use Carter Lumber due to great experience.I will be sure to refer others to Carter Lumber as well.
