 + -1 moreThe entire process was very smooth. The inspectio nwas completed within two days of calling and the results were sent back that following week. The inspection could not have gone better.
Description of Work: We hired Stan to perform the Home Inspection on the house we purchased. We requested the standard Home Inspection tests, as well as a Radon test. Stan was quick to respond and sent our results back within a few days. We appreciated the pictures Stan took during the inspection which explained the questions in the overall inspection summary. I would use this company if we purchase a house in the future.

 + -1 moreWe were very pleased with Stan's service. He brings good, practical solutions to problems. It is also helpful that he has additional people he can bring in to do work he doesn't do. For instance, he referred us to an man who repairs ovens when our ignitor needed to be replaced. The price he charged was even less than the insurance company predicted. In the spring of this year, Stan will be blowing more insulation into our attic and then will be replacing several windows. He is a man of his word and we're very pleased we found him.
Description of Work: We found Stan to be a great resource for overall knowledge about a home's construction and maintenance, as well as a general handyman. He also referred us to sources which performed projects he wasn't equipped to do. Besides doing a general inspection as part of buying a new home, Stan also completed several tasks we requested including putting up handrails on stairs leading in the house; putting safety rails in our bathtub and shower; buying and installing a garbage disposal; fixing the door on our dishwasher; and giving us suggestions on several home improvement projects.
