I almost hate to tell everyone how Wonderful Arkadiy is because I have more items to get done & I'm afraid he'll get too busy.... We could not be more thrilled with him and his work!! Pure artistry!! Arkadiy was quick to respond when I inquired about the job and came to get the chair the next day. His pricing is very reasonable and his skill, exceptional! My garage sale chair that I fell in love with when it looked crummy, is now just beautiful!!! It was done on time and when he dropped it off, he took another chair that has been in my husband's family for over 40 years.... Can't wait to see how that one comes out!! I highly, highly recommend A+ Furniture Upholstery!!! (Just wait til he's done with my stuff - because once he does work for you, you won't want to let him get away, either!!)

A+ was very easy to deal with. They provided a quote through a picture emailed to them. They were flexible with my schedule to arrange time to look through a very large assortment of fabric samples they picked up the furniture and it only took 2 weeks for the entire job to be done - less than he had indicated. I had also ordered extra fabric to recover throw pillows myself and instead he offered to do it for me. He ended up making completely new pillows for me at no extra charge (and returned the original ones). He completely repadded the entire chair and ottoman. The quality of the work is exceptional. The chair is as comfortable as it was when we first bought it 14 years ago. I would highly recommend A+.

The results were astonishing. Hard to believe the finished chair was the same chair we brought in. The refinishing he arranged was excellent and the upholstery work was top-notch with great attention to detail. The quote was quite reasonable; the time frame we were given for doing the work was very quick, and he kept to the schedule. He was willing to discuss fabric and finishing options with us. Communication was in all ways efficient. This was an excellent professional transaction in every sense of the word, from price estimate to quality of workmanship. We would definitely use Mr. Tutelman's services again for some larger upholstery jobs we have in mind. Highly recommended.

Mr. Tutelman's work is beautiful. He didn't like the looks of the foot stool with the wing chair, so he added an extra cushion to it. My chair, foot stool and couch are beautiful. He does exceptional work. The pattern of the material on the wing chair was large and he matched the patterns so it is one continuous flow. He also made 3 throw pillows; one for the chair, 2 for the couch. He truly is an artist and takes great pride in his workmanship. He was very prompt returning my phone call and was right on target for how long it would take him to complete the job, (3 weeks). I will absolutely use A+ Furniture Upholstery again and I highly recommend him. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Mr. Tutelman brought many fabric samples for us to choose from, and was very helpful assisting us in making our choice. He explained clearly what he intended to do and why. The estimate he gave us was accurate. We were sent via email before and after pictures. Our chair was delivered on time and it's wonderful. Mr. Tutelman was the only upholsterer who was willing to reupholster my husband's lift chair. He came to our home and picked it up and took it to his shop. He said he would try to have it back in one week. He picked it up on Monday and returned it on Wednesday. I couldn't believe it. I think he must have worked all night. The chair looks like new. He is a very nice person and does excellent work. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Tutelman came to our home the same day we called to get an estimate for the work and left us with upholstery sample books. There were many fine choices, but because we wanted a unique color to match other items, we chose upholstery from a material store. As soon as we got our materials, Mr. Tutelman picked up our furniture and fabric and he was done in exactly 2 weeks. His work was absolutely gorgeous! Mr. Tutelman is quite skilled at his work and provided photos of every step. He replaced straw (it was an antique!) with layers of cushioning which not only feels very sturdy and comfortable, but looks amazing. We were very happy with the excellent craftmanship, promptness, communication and superior quality of the job.

I called a great number of furniture repairmen and people that did reupholstering. Nobody knew what to do or even wanted to try to help us get our couch down our stairs. It would not fit and nobody knew what to do. We loved our couch, so we wanted to keep it. Somebody finally gave me the name of "A+Furniture" and the owner, Arkadiy. I called him and he said, "I know what to do, I've done this many times. Take pictures of the couch and email them to me. Please measure the couch and send me the lenght, width, hieght". So I did that. An hour or so later he called me and said "no problem". It would be a total of $350. Given that everybody else was afraid to touch this job and that I was willing to pay more money than $350, I was skeptical. A few days later, he showed up at our house and gave me two options to solve my problem. FIRST, he could disassemble the couch and reassemble the couch in our basement. The bad part of that approach was that our couch would be there forever since it couldn't be removed without being disassembled. or the SECOND approach he could also take the couch to his shop and remove 3 inches from the back and then the couch could be moved easily. Either job would be $350, but he recommended removing 3 inches from our high backed sofa. I went with the second option to have the three inches removed from the high back. Now this couch was HUGE and our stairs were small. I didn't think that this guy was going to get them down the steps after removing only 3 inches. Also, I was afraid our couch would look bad. But what choice did I have? But I figured, the guy has great reviews on Angie's List. What the heck. So he takes our couch and shows up a week or so later and takes it right into our basement. The couch fit perfectly down our steps and it looked great !!! He even repadded the arms of our couch even though we didn't ask him. The guy is from Eastern Europse which is probably why he works so hard, does an amazing job, and gives you far more than what you asked for. He said that in his country he had a degree in Engineering. He did seem very smart and could instantly figure out any problem. Definitely the guy you want to be doing this type of work for you. Nomatter what you need to have done with your furniture or how impossible you think it is, this guy can do it. He works miracles !!!!! In short, this guy is: SMART, NICE, HONEST, and A MASTER CRAFTSMAN WITH FURNITURE. My wife and I are now going to hire him to do some custom furniture for us. This guy will do better than anything else you will find in Cleveland! Thanks !!!!!

I called Alik to come to my home and look at the plain wooden bench. He arrived on time and listened to my ideas. We discussed options and came up with a design together. He took measurements and told me it would take about two weeks to make once he received the fabric. This was in November and I wanted to have the bench ready by Thanksgiving. The timing was tight and he told me he would try to have it finished on time. Once the fabric came in he returned to my house with foam samples for me to try out. About a week later, Alik called and said that he would have the bench finished on time and he wanted to deliver it the weekend before Thanksgiving. He and his wife arrived and tried to install the cushions but the back was too tight and wouldn't fit. He took the back board back to his shop and returned the next day with the correct size. All the pieces were installed correctly and three days before the holiday. I am very pleased with the look and feel of the dining bench. I get compliments all the time.

Mr. Tutelman did a wonderful. He was very prompt in returning an initial phone call and coming to my house to give me an estimate. His estimate was very reasonable and the final bill matched the estimate. He performed the work on time, actually completing it before the two weeks estimated. The chairs are beautiful and look like new.

I had a large chair and ottoman that I chose to have re-upholstered. i e-mailed a picture of both pieces to Arkadiy and he responded promptly with a quote. Although I was out of his "territory" listed he picked up and deliviered the furniture to me. It is beautiful. He is truely a craftsman. I highly recommend his work as well as the ease of working with him. If I have any future work to be done it will only be with him.

Arkadiy did a fantastic job explaining the process and suggesting materials. He connected me with a wood refinisher to complete the job and handled the delivery and pick up of the wood. The chair looks and feels amazing and the workmanship is top notch. Arkadiy does excellent work and we will use him again!

llI called Arkidy and he asked me to email him a photo of our couch and chair. I did so that evening. He then emailed me and asked if he could stop by our home to measure the couch and chairs. He brought about 10 fabric books with him. He was very patient while I looked at all of the books several times. He made good suggestions about fabric types and quality of fabrics that would hold up well over time. He also gave suggestions about colors that would complement the other pieces in the room. After spending an hour or two looking at the fabric he invited us to his workshop to look through other books he has available. We decided on a fabric and he ordered it for us the following day. The fabric arrived about 10 days later. He came over the following day and picked up the couch and chairs. He had a helper with him. They were very very careful when they took the furniture out of the house. He promised the pieces back before Christmas, but it was finished much earlier and he delivered it today (about 2 weeks). His work is incredible. He is truly skilled and does impeccable work. The couch and chairs are beautiful and we are thrilled to have worked with him. I will definitely go back in the future. Both he and his wife are very friendly and easy to work with. They offer advice when you ask but are not pushy in any way. The experience was quite enjoyable and I highly recommend him.

Arkadiy is a master craftsman. His work was meticulous and the results were stunning.He was very accommodating to get the pieces finished in time for a special shower I was hosting in my home.He is very skilled, polite and professional.He took great care in delivering the finished pieces and placing them exactly where I wanted.The finished furniture looks better than new and I am thrilled with all of it!.I would highly recommend Arkadiy and will most certainly use his services again.
