I couldn't ask for more. I had an old family heirloom rocking chair that sat in an vacant home and mice had eaten the cushions full of holes. Not only was owner able to have it refinished and glued, but the upholstery job was incredible. They kept in contact with me, finished it on a tight timeline and even sent me photos of the progress. His wife had the back embroidered which personalized it even more. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter and I cant tell you how happy I am with every part of this transaction! VERY pleased and will come back....well worth the drive for me!

I have 12 dining room chairs coming from 2 different dining room sets and they had different cushion thickness and fabric. Arkadiy allowed me to take home 5 books of fabric samples so I could pick the fabric I wanted at home and be able to coordinate the fabric with my drapes and wall color. I was not sure of the thickness of the padding that I wanted so he allowed me to bring in both types of chairs to the store. He stripped off the old cushions and "try" the feel of the available foam paddings to help me decide. He was also very accommodating by letting me bring in 7 seats first, then the remaining 5 when he was done with the first 7 because I did not want to be out of any dining room chairs. The 12 seats were done in less than 2 weeks. They had a special for the month of September so I had the 12 seats done for the price of 11. Arkadiy also added piping to the edge of the seats at no additional cost! The chairs look very elegant and I am very happy with my dining room chairs. I will definitely go back to A+ Furniture Upholstery for future work.

His work was excellent. He brought plenty of swatches to match.

Arkadiy called me after reading my review and asked me to bring my cushion back. He explained the problem was that I had a corner chair and the fabric I provided (due to the pattern) could not be stretched straight for this type of chair. He provided a substitute fabric that would work. He put on the new fabric and it looks great! He emphasized that he wanted his customers to be satisfied. I can now recommend him because he stands by his work and made things right.

A+Furniture is my first Angie's List referral. Arkadiy is a highly skilled craftsman and his work is superior. My couch and chairs were taken down to their frames and totally rebuilt. Their fabric selections were extensive and competitively priced. The final product strikes me as better than the original manufacturers product (Ethan Allen). Very pleased. I found A+ on Angie's List and was encouraged by the wonderful reviews. I emailed pictures of the chairs I wanted recovered to Arkadiy so that he could give me an estimate. Both of the chairs had been in my grandmother's home, so they are easily 55-60 years old, and are of sentimental value. I thought that the estimate was very reasonable and decided tomove forward. I purchased fabric upon the recommendation of Arkadiy of the amount needed, although there is a substantial selection of fabrics at his studio. When he picked up the chairs, and I also asked him to prepare decorative pillows. The chairs were returned and look beautiful! There is also extra "stuffing" in them so that they are way more comfortable than before. He did a great job and I look forward to using him again.

The gentleman was very helpful in assisting me to select a fabric suitable to the chair. The chair in question is one that was given to me by my deceased sister. It was also used by my semi-invalid now deceased brother when he was not able to use regular chairs. So, the chair had great emotional value to me. The fabric I selected, the skill of both of the workmen came together to create a conversation piece in my living room. Just beautiful!

The process went well. Arkadiy picked up the chair and ottoman and when I called them the week they said the chair would be done, they told me they would send me pictures. They did and I was pleased; more pleased when I saw the chair in person. It looked wonderful! I had purchased the fabric online and he did a wonderful job reupholstering it. I'm now hoping to see it on his website. Good job and I would be calling him again when I need other reupholstery done!

A+ gave very professional service from first phone contact right through to finished product. We were very particular to get the proper grade of leather and the correct cushion style for our antique Morris chair. Arkadly was accommodating in the types of cushions and construction we desired and answered all our questions. He kept in touch with emails and photos of the progress and invited us to personally check in on the work to make decisions in their new studio. As our material was very costly, Arkadly made the best use of every square inch and was even able to upholster a footstool with the excess leather. We were very pleased with Arkadiy's services. He gave us an estimate for the work. We picked out the fabric. Based on that, we knew the total cost going in, which didn't change. He helped us make our selection, saying when something would not be a good fit or strength. At the same time, we were never pressured. Once we made the fabric selection, he ordered a sample for us to look at. He later used the sample to provide some pillows at no extra charge. The estimate for the time involved was accurate. Arcadiy was always punctual and professional. The quality of the work was excellent. Arkadiy is fun and personable. We are moving ahead with him to reupholster some other pieces.

He did a great job reuphostering our chair. Everything went well. We had a chair that was covered with an outdated fabric and we needed an upgrade to match our current color scheme. I emailed him with a picture of the chair and he emailed me the next day with the cost. I purchased the fabric I wanted and dropped the chair at his shop. He completed the job in the agreed timeframe. He did an excellent job! The chair looks fabulous, the pattern was matched well and he even included a pillow made with the extra fabric. His craftsmanship is wonderful and I recommend him to anyone considering a reupholster of their furniture.

The upholstery workmanship is excellent. A+ repaired the frames and touched up the wood finish on the legs, too. The chairs were delivered on time and beautifully done.

I had a completely positive experience. Everything went great. Arkaidy came over and brought some fabric books and measured my sofas. We discussed what I was wanted and he gave some different ideas on recovering. He emailed me the next day with the cost. I choose a fabric and he came and picked up the sofas. During the reupholstery process he emailed pictures and kept me updated on the progress. When they were done he arranged a time and delivered them back to me. He even changed the color of the legs on my sofa to go with the new fabric. He did an excellent job! The sofas look fabulous. You would never guess they were over 18 years old. They look brand new. Picked up and delivered the chairs on time. I live on the far west side of Cuyahoga County and Arkadiy is located in Solon. Never promised anything he could not be certain of...meaning ...he would not promise the chairs would be done before Christmas.. But in the end the chairs were delivered before Christmas. The attention to detail is amazing! I choose my own fabric and took it to him instead of choosing one of his many fabrics. I choose a large print for the chairs. He matched the lay of the fabric on both pieces exactly! The chairs look and feel brand new! The cushion part of the chairs was replaced as well...and they are very comfortable! The chairs are 24 years old ..the frames are Amish built and they will now last another 20 years! Everyone who came to our home over the holidays...thought we had purchased new chairs! I have a sofa I am saving my money to have recovered now! I highly recommend Arkadiy Tutelman! He and his family are kind, hard working, reliable and the end product is amazing! He has a gift! I can't say enough about the great job he did. He came to our home to pick up the chairs and brought tons of samples. He also delivered them when the job was complete and there was no extra charge for pick up and delivery. The quality of the fabrics was very good to excellent. Arkadiy was patient while I was going through the samples. He has a great aesthetic sense and helped me to choose a fabric that was not only good for the chairs but one that complemented the other patterns in the room. Also he made a suggestion on reconfiguring the furniture placement in my living room which I did and it really looked much better than the arrangement I had had previously. He did a wonderful job. The chairs are so beautiful now and the lightness and beauty of the fabric adds to the beauty of the room. The pillows also look great and are comfortable. Even my husband says this room is gorgeous now and he hardly ever notices design type things. Also the chairs are so much more comfortable now. Arkadiy was punctual both times he came to our home. He emailed me with an update and photos of the process. He is very knowledgeable about his work and as I said he has a great appreciation of and sense of design. I have a degree and background in art history so I'm very particular about design and yet he was able to be instructive to me.

He returned 2 weeks later as told, spent approximately 20 minutes to replace all 4 tufted buttons without having to take my chair into the shop. A did an excellent job of matching fabric & color from material he chose as my chair left no material for him to use to replace fabric. He did an perfect job & my buttons are deeply tufted to my chair. I am going to have him reupholster 4 dining room chair for me this spring.

Arkadiy did an excellent job. The chairs look and feel brand new and are very comfortable. He is a true craftsman. The chairs were completed almost two weeks ahead of the promise date. We also had two pillows made using the coupon and they also look terrific.

On a scale of 1 - 10 and ten is excellent, Arkadiy Tutleman's work is 15. The over the top rating is not only the quality of his work, it includes integrity, a gentleman, kind, professional, a good listener. and, advises well. Arkadiy would not let me carry the chairs and put them in my vehicle, he did it kindly. I was going to eliminate piping and Arkadiy gave the right reason to do it. He did not adjust the price. It is a pleasure to do business with an honest, kind, professional businessman.

He was professional, timely, and the quality of his work is exceptional. Our loveseat looks beautiful in the living room of our new home. I would use him again and recommend him highly.
