+ -1 moreI was in Sidney in April visiting friends and looking for a place to live as I plan on relocating there. When I went to use my laptop to do some research on some properties, it wasn't working. Needless to say, I panicked!! I got in the phone book and called KP. Brandon calmed me down and tried to fix the problem over the phone, to no avail. He asked me if I could bring it in so he could take a look. He gave instructions to his business. When I got there, he met me at the door and showed me in. He took a look at my laptop and basically tried the same fix he described over the phone and boom! It was fixed. He took the time to explain what probably happened and answered some other questions. I have to say that is was a GREAT experience!! He was polite and professional. Most of all, he did not make me feel like an idiot. Then he told me that there was no charge, because he said he basically didn't "do anything." It's good to know that when I relocate, I know an awesome computer guy. I'm not one to refer people, but I an impressed. Kudos to Brandon.
