We are a small cleaning company with only the owner and one employee doing the work. We bill at the time of service. Bill payment arrangements will vary depending on the type of cleaning - the main determining factor is whether the job is residential or commercial.

Residential - We will clean your home based on what you want done. We also detail clean rental turn-overs to get the property ready for a new tenant. We will clean from ceiling to floor, getting cob webs, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, windows, scrubbing if needed, refrigerator inside and out, and stoves inside and out. Now offering carpet and upholstery cleaning! Commercial - Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, restrooms, windows, and anything else you may want done.

Services we don't offer

For both residential and commercial property, we will not move furniture or home decor, with the exception of your stove and refrigerator. If you choose to have us move this stuff, the price will increase.
