Description of Work: Called them regarding an ant problem we just found. He quoted me a price over the telephone. He can out same day (within an hour) and sprayed around the house. The price was what he quoted (no surprises). Very happy with this service. He also put us on the reminder list and will call us next year to see if we would like the house sprayed.

I try to learn as much as I can about a company or an individual before I engage their services, so there are no surprises. That practice worked well here, and I would hire them again if the need arises.
Description of Work: I called this company when I discovered large numbers of yellow jackets occupying a seldom-used building on our property. My telephone call was returned within 30 minutes and an appointment was made for the following morning. David Taggart II arrived precisely as agreed, despite a steady light rain. He immediately recognized where the yellow jackets were entering the building, and explained how he would treat the problem. He also showed me how to confine them inside a closet near their entry point, where they should all die within a couple of days.

Description of Work: He used a gel and sealed it off instead of spraying to get rid of our carpenter ants after locating the nest. Gave us a guarentee also. They got here within a day of contacting them and worked around our schedule.He spent time with us also to educate and answer all our questions. Highly recommend and will use them again.

+ -1 moreIt was a very proffessional service and the gentleman was very nice. I have no complaints. I would have them again and would recommend them.
Description of Work: Office was contacted - service call was shortly after. Gentleman went over everything and explained what was happening. Found out where the ants were coming in and gelled certain areas inside and sprayed around the entire outside of the house. I was told to check the inside areas in a few days and if some shavings were still there to clean area and check again in half a week. If I still had any shavings or ants I was to call them. (The areas treated showed ants with wings which is mating season. They were located up where the wood meets the concrete blocks. The area was damp in a couple of places and it was concluded that the problems were coming from the windows above that needed some serious caulking.) I received a guarantee until l-l-13.

+ -1 moreWhen he says he guarantee, he guarantees. One time, he had to come three times to get it right. He came back and fixed it three times. It's a fair price. He does a great job. If you call him, he will get back to you. If he says he will be there, he will be there.
