Description of Work: Replaced entire shingled roof and completely replaced all vinyl siding on house.

Description of Work: They built a sunroom which is 12x16 in size. It was built on 6x6 posts which sits concrete pads and backfilled with stones. It has a crawl space to get under it if need be. It has vinyl siding on the outside to match our house. Inside has cathedral ceiling with all knotty pine on ceiling and walls. Has long windows and pine inbetween. The sunroom is all heated and air conditioned. It also has knotty pine trim all around the windows and doors. They took out our sliding door and we left it open which is off of our dining room. We really enjoy it alot. The workers are very proffesional and on time every day. we had a small problem with the outside door and they came back right away and fixed it. Very good workers and trustworthy. They do free estimates and will help you design what ever you need help with. I would give them a very good reference for anyone. They also do small jobs. They put 3 pillars on our front porch. The ones we had were wood and were getting bad so they put new ones on for us which are plastic and has a design to them. Didn't take them long to do and look very nice. If you need any kind of job for the house done they are the ones to get.

Description of Work: I am having a sunroom built with all windows. Built it on 6x6 treated posts. Concrete in hole, then the 6x6's sit on top and then back filled and packed with dirt. Sprayed the grass with grass killer then layed plastic and small gravel under the building. It's a 12x16 room added on with a cathedral ceiling. Vinyl siding outside. All knotty pine inside, ceiling walls in between windows all have pine. Lots of receptacles. ceiling fan with light. Heated and air conditioned. All insulated. Took out the sliding door and they reframed it in for an opening with no door. Took out old spouting and soffit and attached new roof with shingles. Adding new soffit and spouting. Ran hot and cold air return back to furnace. Put large triangle windows up at the peak of the ceiling. All windows slide open sideways not up and down. Screens remove easily for cleaning.
