+ -1 moreVery rude when I decided I didn't want to trap and kill the racoons on my property. A simple explanation of Ohio rules would have been enough, no need to shame customers into going with you guys saying that the raccoon could have rabies and other scare tactics. I am plenty old enough to know that it could have a number of diseases, but that doesn't mean I'm going to change my stance. Do not recommend, very rude and had the audacity to rudely say "well I still get paid, that will be $80 for the visit and $10 for the drive from Shelby to ontario." As if I didn't know I still needed to pay him.
