Chuck and Justin were amazing! I sent a message early morning on a Saturday for a plumbing issue and by 9:30 I received a call, by 11 they were on their way. Chuck and Justin worked quickly and they were very efficient, professional, and friendly. We will definitely be using the services of Semper Fi Plumbing for our next plumbing need! Excellent customer service! NE Ohio residents experienced basement flooding due to heavy rains in a short period of time, I called every plumber on Google and was told at least a week or more before someone could come out. My gas water heater had been under water and we were without hot water. He came the same day to give me an estimate on a new sump pump and backup system and to inspect my hot water heater. He was able to light my hot water heater for me that day and I was so happy to have hot water again. Chuck was punctual, honest, fairly priced and very kind to me as I was overwhelmed by all the loss of sentimental items in the basement. As a woman, I have experienced many companies that take advantage of women who don't know the ins and outs of home maintenance issues but Chuck treated me with respect and explained everything thoroughly without upselling me on things not needed. I also had him replace a leaky faucet in my kitchen. Chuck and Justin both came back to do the work and Justin was also exceptional. I will hire them again and highly recommend them.

Do not use this plumber. Do not use this plumber. He is dishonest and does not stand behind his work. He attempts to force homeowner to pay for his mistakes. No follow up after 5weeks of attempts. Terrible customer service. Left with his equipment logged in our plumbing.
