I called M&M and they said they could pick it up on Tuesday, March 23 2010 and they would have it back in 2-2.5 weeks, since they were getting into their busy time. They picked up like they said they would. Three weeks go by and I don't hear anything about delivery, etc... I call and leave a message. Two days go by w/o a return call. I call again and leave another message. Next day, I call again and get someone on the phone. He says they are really busy in the shop and just asks for my phone number so he can look up my order and call me back (order's in house are apparently organized by name and phone number, making the "receipt number" they gave me when they picked up the mower - useless). No return call. I call again and I'm told that it should be back by mid-week (of week four). Mid-week comes and goes, and I call again. This time they tell me that my mower is next in line to be serviced and that I should have it back on Friday or Saturday. I get a call on Saturday to schedule a time for delivery, but I wasn't home so they left a voice mail. I call them on Monday and they say they can deliver on Wednesday, April 28 2010. I ask for a final price and they tell me it was $30 over the promotional price. I asked why so much and they said for parts - air filter, spark plug, fuel, etc... (Their mailer had a promtional price "+ tax and parts" I took that to mean "parts" if there was something out of the ordinary parts used in a tune-up [spark plug, air filter, etc...] I thought it was all inclusive for normal tune-up items. I guess I was wrong.) They delivered on Wednesday. I have yet to try to run the mower, which is why is put "n/a" for quality.
