Brian's Tree Service

Brian was very easy to work with. (Even texting with me instead of talking which made communication easy while I was at work) He came out to quote and then came back again when I was home to walk the property to review the work to be done. The tree was in a tight spot with branches hanging into our neighbors yard. It was discovered that one of the dead branches had a large crack and was ready to fall. Brian fit us into the schedule immediately so this branch couldn't fall and damage our neighbors house. The tree was removed and the clean up was great. I would definitely use them again.

Brian showed up promptly and gave a very reasonable estimate versus other providers. He did everything he said he would do quickly and good clean-up afterwards. I would definitely use Brian again if the need arises

Excellent, BRian took exceptional care with the limbs hanging over the house. The cleanup was extremely well done. I think the yard was cleaner AFTER they were done than before they started. I would recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

The work was highly professional and done with knowledgeable workers. I would absolutely recommend them. In fact they did such a great job that three of my neighbors had work done for them that same time. Very efficient and the price was very fair.

We called Brian to trim branches on our home. At the time, we were not available to direct him in person and verbally approved his work based on that conversation. However, we needed him to trim other branches. When we called to ask him to go out again, and pay him for his time, he yelled at us. What started off friendly and easy became uncomfortable and unprofessional

When Brian came to give us an estimate he listened to our concerns and walked our property to discuss our other tree needs that we had mentioned to him that we would need done in the future. Brian gave us an estimate on our maple but also offered an additional estimate for ALL of the work combined. All in all, Brian removed our monster maple and a pine tree that was adjacent to the maple, ground both stumps, chipped and hauled away all of the wood from both trees. He also trimmed a huge pine tree in our front yard and ground a stump in the front yard that the landscapers left from a tree that had died that they removed for us. We had several estimates on the maple alone and Brian's quote was by far the best one. Not only was his estimate on the maple great, but the deal he gave us by combining the other yard projects was phenomenal. It definitely pays off to have multiple jobs done while they have all of the equipment already on site. This job took 1 full day but Brian had to come back the next day to do the stump work, which we didn't mind since the job was so massive. We paid upon completion and as he told us originally, upon our satisfaction. We were highly satisfied. Brian and his crew were professional and courteous at all times. He made sure to keep us informed as he progressed with the job. He even had us come out and look at the inside of our maple. To our amazement, it was hollowed out from carpenter ants. Proof that we indeed made the right choice to have this tree removed asap. We were completely amazed at how well they cleaned up from this massive job! Seriously, it didn't even look like they were there. They even went to both sides of our home and made sure that any debris that may have fallen on the neighbors sides was taken care of. We have already recommended Brian's Tree Service to our neighbors and friends. It was a pleasure working with his company. Our yard is transformed now that those trees are gone!

He came out to give us an estimate, and although we ended up using a competitor, Brian was extremely professional, praising the other tree service's work and price. Was very impressed, and if we weren't moving, would definitely have him come out for any other tree needs.

Excellent, Brian and his crew called ahead the day before and came out and trimmed the tree to our satisfaction. They cleaned up and even took some of the trimmings that I had cut myself.

My parents wanted a number of overgrown bushes in their yard removed so that new ones could be put in. Brian returned their initial inquiry call quickly and made an appointment to come out and quote the job. He called that morning to confirm and tell him he was on the way. He was courteous, quoted the job and came prepared to do the work on the spot -which he did. He worked efficiently, and did a great job. He clean up was good and his price was reasonable. My parents to were thrilled and would definitely use him again.

Great - he came out and removed 4 stumps and took the time to walk me thru the yard and show me the handy work. The yard looks so much better.

We called Brain last week and Brian stopped by on Saturday to give us an estimate. His price is very fair and reasonable and he is very knowledgeable about trees. He told us a lot of good information. On Monday my driveway contractor told me they want to do my driveway on Wednesday. I called Brian asking if he can come on Monday or Tuesday. With short notice Brain was able to get his crew together and did the job. My husband witnessed the whole job process and was impressed how fast and skilled of their work. Although we still need tree stump to be worked on I have no doubt Brian will do a great job! We appreciate his hard work and being so accommodating to our rush schedule. We definitely will hire him again for other job because hard working honest people deserve business!

Brian was very punctual and professional when he came out to provide an estimate. When he determined another company would be a better fit for us, he gave us a referral. He was also able to tell us what price range we should be able to get the job done for so we had an idea of what to expect from other estimates. We would recommend him for his honesty and professionalism. He was able to look at our needs and let us know the best route to take.

I had a small bradford pear tree that was cut down but stump removed. Within 1-2 days Brian returned my call with an estimate and removed the stump that day when I said okay. Did a very good job.

It was almost six months from first contact to the service being provided, due to my negotiation with the neighbor and then waiting for the correct weather for leaving the wood. Brian was very patient through the whole lead up process. Once the date was set, there were no delays and I was given a telephone call notification that they were on the way so I could be present at the start.

My wife contacted Brian by phone TODAY ... and because our driveway contractor just told us he is starting this week, she asked Brian if the tree in question could be removed quickly. Withing a couple hours he was on our property and the tree is already down. We have to wait a day or two for Brian to return with his chipper/shredder, but at least the driveway is now ready for the new work to begin. Thanks for the quick work, Brian! Hope to see you in a few days to do the cleanup.

This could not have gone any better. Brian came out to give the estimate. Brian's estimate was 30-45% lower than other companies that came out to estimate. Once I gave him the go ahead, he had me on the schedule with in a week and a half. He called the night before the work was to be done to make sure everything was still good. The work was done to my expectations and the yard was picked up when they where done. Overall, great experience!

It went very well. Communication and quality of work and clean up couldn't have been better.

BRIAN IS EXTREMELY POLITE AND IN TERMS OF THE TREE REMOVAL, HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO, WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT AND AT THE PRICE HE ESTIMATED. BRIAN EVEN DID SOME EXTRAS WITHOUT CHARGE. UNFORTUNATELY, HE DID NOT RETURN AS PROMISED FOR THE STUMP GRINDING, AND HAS REPEATEDLY FAILED TO RETURN MY CALLS ABOUT THE MATTER.

TWO YOUNG BROTHERS WORKING TOGETHER THAT WERE NOT AFRAID OF HARD, DIRTY WORK.

THEY UNDERBID THE LOWEST BID BY 50.00 BECAUSE BRIAN SAID HE REALLY NEEDED THE WORK BECAUSE WINTER HAD BEEN ROUGH. HE HAD ORIGINALLY OVERBID BY 250.00. HE AGREED TO DO JOB FOR 650. THEY DROPPED A TREE & REMOVED BRUSH & LEFT A STUMP. THE SECOND DAY THEY RETURNED AND CUT STUMP TO GROUND LEVEL . THEY LEFT THE TRUNK PORTION IN ONE SOLID PIECE ABOUT 8 LONG JUST BESIDE THE DRIVEWAY FOR OVER A WEEK. A FRIEND OF HIS RETURNED AND CUT IT INTO SECTIONS, HIS FRIEND CAME AND SPLIT AND HAULED IT AWAY. HE NEVER RETURNED TO GRIND STUMP AS WE HAD AGREED IN CONTRACT (I HAVE THIS IN WRITING). HIS OFFICE NUMBER ON HIS BIZ CARD IS DISCONNECTED. THEY NEVER CALLED US TO LET US KNOW THE SCHEDULE OR WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY ALSO CUT THE NEIGHBORS TREE DOWN & FINISHED THEIR JOB BUT NEVER FINISHED OURS. THEY GROUND OUT THE NEIGHBORS STUMP, BUT NOT OURS. THE FELLOW WHO CAME TO DO THE CHIPPING OF OUR BRUSH WAS A SUB, AND THE GUY WHO CAME TO SPLIT AND REMOVE THE TRUNK SECTIONS WAS A FRIEND OF HIS.
