Absolutely great service! Brian was able to make time to come out immediately to inspect our creaking tree - a rarity in the industry where you often wait days/weeks. Our initial hope was to only cut one section, but subsequently decided that the entire tree needed to be cut down. Brian's team quickly and efficiently cut the tree and graciously assisted with moving and stacking, all with a positive can-do attitude. His team even cut up a few old limbs that we had laying on the side of the house that were required to be 6 foot for no extra cost. Thank you so much, we're definitely looking forward to using you again for our tree servicing needs!

Went well. Came out and took down trees in an afternoon. Came back the next day to grind the stumps which took 1/2 a day. Leaves the stump mulch behind. Asked for some wood but forgot to leave some logs. After moving the mulch discovered some additional stump was left. Quickly came out and rectified the situation. Overall was very happy with my experience.

I hired them to do some stump grinding, but he had to come back on a second day because he didn't grind it all the way down the first day. I didn't get an option for cleanup.

Brian did an excellent job! I asked him to remove one large tree and one medium size trunk, plus the stumps. I also asked him to remove another large stump and three smaller ones. Since I was having new landscaping put in, I was under a time crunch so he did the work as soon as he could - that is, after the week and a half of rain finally stopped. His crew did a great job, cleaned up after very well. They even took care removing some other limbs I cut down earlier from the back yard. I was very pleased and highly recommend.

Really well. Brian and his assistant were both professional and expeditious in removing and grinding the stump. We had arranged for me to dispose of the tree. To help me with this, they cut-up the tree into pieces that I could easily haul with my truck. I explained to them that I needed the tree and stump removed in order to put in a patio. Knowing that, they made sure to grind down the stump very deep. Even then, they told me that if it wasn't deep enough, they would return and grind it down even further. Can't say enough good things about Brian and his company. I would hire them again and recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was so impressed with the response time following my inquiry into getting the trees removed. They were there the same day and scheduled to remove them the following week while we were out of town. When we returned the trees were gone and it was very tidy with no damage. TThey were very professional, I would use Brian again

Brian and his crew were very professional and did everything he said they would do and more. There were several large / heavy branches hanging in trees throughout the yard that were not included on the original quote. They removed every last one of them. He did not charge for the extra work and said that they posed a real danger if he hadn't taken them down. What a great experience, I wish I had more work for him!!!!!

We shopped around before choosing Brian's tree service. Estimates from others ranged from $600 - $3200 for the exact same job. We chose Brian's based on price & reviews posted here. The work was performed over two visits, trees were taken down and trimmed the first day but the ground was too wet to take out the stumps so they returned within a few days to finish the job. They cleared everything and cleaned up. We were very happy with them. They even ground down another stump that I added on when they were there. I really appreciated their flexibility to add on to the job last minute.

Brian took a look at the tree and advised me that having it removed would be quite expensive and require bringing in special equipment. He indicated that he did not feel that the tree was in imminent danger of falling as it was wedged in between other trees and branches. He pretty much talked me out of it, talking himself out of a job in the process! As an older widow, I greatly appreciate his honesty and advice on having the tree removed. If and when I need tree service I will not hesitate to call him again! Thank you Brian!

Brian gave me a solid, reasonable estimate within hours of contacting him, but he also chose to point out that, in my case, the city would handle the work. This meant he chose to pass on guaranteed revenue in the interests of being honest and upfront.

Brian did a great job, we were extremely pleased with his work. The trees and branches were cut down and chopped up about a month ago, everything was cleaned up nicely. Stump grinding was delayed because at first it was still snowing and later raining. Brian's grinder had a bit of weight to it and he did not want to dig up our lawn as he moved his machine around the yard. We definitely appreciated that. We highly recommend him, and would use him again for future needs.

Brian came out two days after he gave me the quote and did a great job. The price was competitive and Brian was reliable. I will use him again in the spring to prune my other trees.
