Brian showed up the day after I called for an estimate and performed the work days after. Very quick. Very clean. Reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend and use again.

The muddy backyard was a challenge but they did a good job. Stayed clear of flower beds and bushes.

Brian and his crew were great to work with. We had two trees that needed to be removed from an area that is difficult to get to. They amazingly got to where they needed to be and took care of everything. I would highly recommend them.

I called Brian and told him about the job that I needed done. He was able to go to my property and check out the work and give me a verbal quote over the phone that day. The next day him and his team were able to remove the branch that I had called about. He was very prompt, professional, and did a great job getting the branch removed. I would hire again!

Work was completed as promised. Workers were careful working around our fencing and in avoiding our neighbor's sprinkler system. They did a great job cleaning up.

Brian and his team did a great job in trimming our large sycamore tree. They arrived on time and were very careful with our newly poured driveway. His team cleaned up all the debris. The tree looks great and they did an outstanding job.

Outstanding service and proud of product that he delivers. Total job was $1,600 and machines were moved in, all wood was chipped and removed, and complete cleaning of yard and driveway of any sawdust. This is really a professional company and very responsive.

I cannot thank Brian enough for the wonderful work he and his crew performed. They even took extra branches off a tree next to ones being removed. Brian came out when he said he would and gave us a reasonable quote. He knew the City wanted the trees taken down soon so he arranged for taking the trees down in the rain to help relieve our Stress of the situation. Brian is friendly, compassionate and hard working. Brian did an excellent job. All work was completed in a timely manner. I was especially impressed with the clean-up. Both Brian and his wife are extremely friendly and personable.

From start to finish, absolutely nothing negative to say. Prompt answer to phone call, same day estimate, & work done the next day at exactly the time expected.

Brian called right away after getting the on line request for quote. He said we were a bit out of his range of service but because we were having trouble finding anyone to do the job he said he would call back in a few days to see if we had anyone to do the job. Good on his word he called back, but we were able to find someone to do the work. I was so impressed by his follow up I would recommend anyone in the Sheffield Lake area to call Brian.

The tree removal and trimming went really well. Brian showed up when he said he would to quote the job. His price was reasonable for the work performed. The job was completed very timely and professionally, with everything cleaned up. It resulted in two other projects with my neighbors, so it was good for me and all involved.

They did a great job, cleaned everything up, you would never know trees were cut down. They did extra with another tree without charging extra!

The original estimate was for just raising several tree canopies and removing deadwood from the 2 maple trees, however, before the estimate process was completed, the osage orange tree toppled requiring a rebid. Brian's Tree Service had the best bid but work was delayed several times due to wet ground conditions. After a few weeks ground conditions improved to the point where equipment could be brought into the rear yard to remove the 2 damaged trees. After one whole day of work all was accomplished in grand fashion. The only problem was residual lawn damage where the osage orange tree fell because it could not be readily removed due to continuing delay caused by adverse weather conditions. Mother Nature's fault not Brian's. Brian and his three crew members were very efficient and professional under extreme temperature conditions in the 90's and humid. Cleanup was thorough, as if they were never there. I strongly recommend Brain's Tree service and will use them in the future. Very impressive!

This is the second time in two years that we have utilized Brian's Tree Service. We had a large limb from a very tall mature oak tree dangling precariously over our relatively new fence. Brian came out immediately to provide a quote and voluntarily roped off the area that extended over the walkway with caution tape. We were concerned about the limb falling on the fence. Additionally, we were hosting a backyard cookout which would have been difficult and dangerous due to this situation. Brian's Tree Service accommodated us nicely as usual by performing the work expeditiously and at a very reasonable cost. Our cookout went extremely well with no evidence of the previous debris, which the team cleaned up nicely and with a smile. Went very well. Prompt service, brought a full crew so it did not take very long. Once I started communicating with them, it took less than a week to schedule. Cleaned up property so well, and the trees and yard look great. Would definitely use them again.
