They were outstanding. They came on time. They were conscientious about cleaning up. We are already thinking about what else we can have them do.

They returned my email very promptly (and before anyone else). We were looking for someone to do exterior painting primarily and some small amount of interior painting, and some small carpentry work. They informed me that they don't do exterior painting any more. Several years ago, they did an estimate for me. At the time, I needed tiling, replacement of a toilet and painting a textured ceiling. They did the estimate promptly, but told me I would be better off with another company to do the textured painting. They recommended a construction company who was able to do the entire job. I contacted them again recently since I remember that I liked them from their previous estimate and felt they were honest and hard working. I will surely call them again if I need other jobs done in the future.

Called for an estimate on installing some lights in my home and never received a return call.

They did quite a bit of work for us. We spent about $9000 on that service and it all turned out amazing. They painted the bathroom, put in a new vanity top, installed a new medicine cabinet, a new light fixture, and rewired the lighting in our bathroom, so we could use a night light in there. They custom did the painting by creating color that would work. They helped select colors and hung drapes in the family room and helped us decide on placement of pictures and hung some pictures for us. Their painting was meticulous and they were just top rate. As soon as we save up the money, we have three projects for them.

They quickly responded to our email inquiry; came and gave a fair estimate; scheduled the work to accommodate our schedule; did what they promised and charged us a little less then the estimate because the job took less time than planned. They are efficient, capable, friendly and easy to work with. They know what they are doing! We would definitely hire them again -- no reservations!

It went very well. Actually, they did the project while we were out of town; everything was in perfect order when we returned.

Performed various handyman and light pluming work to fix a leaking sink. They were on time, professional, and fair priced.

They did a quality job and actually charged us less than their usual hourly charge because they underestimated how much time the job would take. I was very surprised that they charged less and was very impressed with the quality of their work. I definitely recommend them for any handyperson work and will be using them again next week.

They were incredibly responsive to our initial request, even knowing that this was a very small job. They scheduled the appointment at a time that worked for us and they arrived exactly on time. They did a quick and thorough job and left the kitchen spotless. They were even very nice to our pets. We will definitely hire them again.

It went well. Both are terrific communicators. They educated us along the way and the screening looks great. They used a superb paint that covered very well. They cleaned up after themselves and arrived on time. I highly recommend them! Rarely do I have contractors communicate as well as they did. Many will do a decent job, but few do exactly as they say will do and communicate so thoroughly along the way. "A"

After some water damage, we had to have our basement redone. Kim and Kathy repainted the basement walls. We also had them do quite a few small repairs around the house. They recaulked 2 bathrooms, painted ceilings, found baseboard molding. They also fixed the hinge on a cabinet door that we had been unable to find a replacement for (even after contacting numerous cabinet shops). These ladies are wonderful, professional and very respectful. I will absolutely be using them again.

I sent emails to three potential providers and they were the only ones to respond, and promptly on a weekend. They came out a couple days later and repaired the tile. They are both very knowledgeable, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up after the job. They also do complete tile, flooring, and painting work. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them.

They were great, very knowledgeable and to the point. They were very professional and good at diagnosing the issue.

Kim and Kathy are consummate professionals - they are honest in assessing the job to be done and how their experience and skills lend themselves to the project at hand. They even followed up on a project I had them look at to inform me where I could buy the product if I opted to do the project myself and still left the door open to have them do the job. I would not hesitate to contact this company again as I feel they have their customers' best interests at heart and desire to do quality work and put their company's best foot forward. I have not yet decided whether or not to do the project myself, but if I decide on a company, Ducks In A Row has my business.

Kim returned my phone call promptly and set up a meeting to come out for an estimate. It took awhile to get on their schedule, however some of that was due to my schedule as well. They were meticulous in whatever they did for me and also cleaned up after each day. In addition, they noticed little things around my house that I did not request them to do such as taking down a broken globe light which was hanging in my foyer. Kim called me and asked me if I wouldn't mind if they took the broken glass enclosure off of the lights so that there wasn't one broken light hanging down. It was definitely an extra touch which made my home look nicer. They also asked if I was set in the way my room was arranged and when I told them to have at it, they rearranged the placement of my bedroom furniture in a way that opened up my room. When I returned home it was like I walked into an episode of Trading Spaces. Kim and Kathy are trustworthy to have in your home and do excellent work.

They did a very good job, but they were even more helpful in consulting with us in what we need to do to get the house ready when we move, as far as which things are worth doing and which are not.

I was very please with all the work they did. See my remarks under the ceramic tile category. The painting work was neat and I'm very happy with it. I will be using them again.

I was very happy with their work and will be using them in the future. When they came out to the house to give me an estimate, they advised that I call a plumber to fix some leaking plumbing under the kitchen sink that should be addressed quickly, rather than wait until they came out to do the other work. They suggested who I should call to do it and that worked out well. They also advised that I would probably not need to replace the tiles in the shower stall where that was leaking. Instead, they would scratched out the old grout and replaced it with silicon grout. That worked just fine. They spent a whole day at my house and I am very pleased with the quality of everything they did. I probably could have found someone to do it cheaper, but I felt comfortable leaving them working in the house while I was at work.
