The had a good crew, came in, removed the bad/leaking shingle are, repaired the roof and installed new shingles, they made it look easy they were so prepared and efficient.

Victor's sent Kory Solomon out to address our issue and provide an estimate. He was timely, professional and honest with every point of his examination. The review was thorough. Kory made short videos of the portions of the roof that were examined and reviewed them with us. I cannot be more enthusiastic about this company and would recommend them to anyone who thinks they need a new roof or repair.

Dakota Solomon was polite and helpful. The project was slowed due to the hard and late winter. One skylight was leaking so they replaced it in too cold weathering order to accommodate me since I was throwing a party. They had to return later in warmer weather to install a second skylight. They worked on Sunday to get the job done. They gave me excellent service. Richard Gull

We were impressed with the company from the first time we met with our salesperson, Bill Smith. Bill was very knowledgeable about the company and products being offered. He was friendly, polite and prepared! He provided us with an estimate, a list of references, a copy of the company's insurance liability policy, samples of the roofing material being used and explained to us what to expect within a weeks time! That same day, we received a phone call from Victors letting us know that our roof would be done by the end of that week! Victors workers showed up early on that Friday morning and completed the job by 4pm that afternoon. Victors employees were polite, quick and very concerned about their clean up process. They took precaution to cover my house with appropriate tarps and went over my entire yard, multiple times, with a large magnet to pick up any/all nails. After the job was complete, Victors sent out a Quality Inspector to check our roof and make sure everything was done correctly. And the inspector even went over our yard again, with a large magnet to check for nails. Our salesperson, Bill Smith followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the job done by Victors Roofing. We were completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

The sales rep I worked with was Bill and he was really great to work with. I am someone who wants to know the exact details of what I am getting and why it is important. Bill was able to explain everything to me in great detail and in a way that someone with little roofing knowledge can understand. They also take pictures of your roof along the way so you can look back and see the condition of your roof under the shingles. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! This is the most professional roofer in this area. They provide peace of mind that is worth it's weight in gold. They provide references without being asked, copies of liability insurance and there is no heavy handed selling involved. Their contract is straightforward and they don't require a deposit as they believe in trusting the customer to pay them when the job is complete and to their satisfaction. They don't hire subcontractors and have an experienced foreman on the job to answer any questions. They buy their products from a reputable building supply company not Home Depot and they use proper synthetic underlay instead of felt paper. There was no damage to any of our landscaping as they carefully covered everything, there were no nails left and we have a 12 year no leak guarantee. They even sent a representative to check the job the following day to ensure we were completely satisfied. This is one of the most expensive upgrades to your home, and I'll gladly pay a little more to ensure we get a roof that will last and will be care free. This is a family company that believes in doing only the best possible job, and unlike a lot of roofers, the customer comes first. Be sure to call them for a quote, I promise you won't regret it!!

I called Victors Roofing to come provide a quote. I was impressed from the initial phone call, and every step of the process thereafter. Chad from Victors Roofing came to my house and provided a wealth of information and options to consider. He took great care to explain all the options, never once did I feel I was being up-sold or pressured. I felt at all times like he, and Victors Roofing where trying to win my business vs. just expecting it. We ultimately gave the project to Victors Roofing, solely based on our interactions with Chad and the company he represented. On the day the work began, the large crew were there early and took great care to protect my windows, landscape and surrounding area. The crew worked tirelessly, and were extremely respectful at all times. Doing a complete tear off roof project makes an enormous mess. I knew the crew would clean up, but to be honest – I was pretty sure I would have some work to do after they left, considering all the small items all over the area. They cleaned up the entire area, raked my landscape to grab everything and made sure trash the blew into the neighbors yards was picked up. I live in 3 acres, the wind blew stuff a good distance, and they got all of it. When they left, you couldn’t tell they were even there!!! If anyone has a small or large roofing project, for me there is only one company they should consider: Victors Roofing. Great Job Guys! Chad, I cannot say enough about you and your crew. You had sent out a guy to help patch the roof temporarily because of the thaw and freezing conditions. He explained and showed me the issues he found. He explained the actual work will be done when the weather allows for better conditions. I was impressed with this. Most companies would not care and just wait until they do the actual work of the roof. About a week or so later, Theresa told me your crew was going to be there to do the roof. It was a beautiful day to do it. I expected to see your crew still there and to see a mess from the project. When I arrived at the house that afternoon. I saw no evidence of your crew being there. I pulled out a ladder to check the roof myself. Sure enough, I saw the new shingles in place. I was surprised on how fast and how clean your crew were on this project. Yesterday night, we received a heavy down pour of rain. I was nervous to see how the roof faired. There was not a drop in the room where the leaks happened before. I just finished insulating, dry-walling and mudding in this room. It would have been disastrous if the roof leaked. I like how tight the flashings are between the addition’s roof and the house. It is so much better. The valley looks better, too. Again, I cannot say enough praise about you and your crew. I will be recommending Victor’s Roofing to anyone and everyone needing roof work done on their homes. You guys are the best. I have never been happier with a roof project before. Had somewhat of an unusual situation, needed new roofs on 3 different homes. Bill, salesperson for Victors, came out to give the estimate, He was very easy to work with, explained everything thoroughly and not pushy in the least. We agreed upon a price and all work was completed just as Bill said it would be. The crews did very clean and detailed oriented work. Was very impressed with the quality of work and would highly recommend Victors Roofing to those in need of a new roof.
