+ -1 moreOverall I am satisfied with their products. Areas where they could improve: appointments and their procedure for loaning tiles. It is great that they offer Saturday hours. However they do not (or didn't at the time of my work) do appointments. I would strongly encourage them to begin setting up appointments especially on Saturdays. One time at their showroom I had to wait until a salesperson freed up and I felt rushed as there were others waiting after me for assistance. I also saw one customer "take up" 2 sales people at a time (not sure why that took place). As for loaning tiles for the customer to take home, it made me very nervous to watch them write my credit card number on the sample checkout sheet. In today's day and age no business should be hand writing credit card numbers. I would have felt more comfortable if they took down a deposit against the credit card and then applied that to the purchase or credited it at the end if no purchase was made.
Description of Work: Hamilton Parker was one of 6 companies I was referred to by my contractor. I chose them because of their close location to my home and because they offered Saturday hours. The showroom is small but there are plenty of tiles to choose from and on display. They didn't install the tiles. My contractor did that work. Once I selected the tiles I wanted, they worked with my contractor as far as quantity and as far as payment. It turned out I spent less than my allowance! I graded them a B in price because there is always room for improvements in that area!
