+ -1 moreInstallation was prompt,price was competitive, The deal breaker is that the product does not stand the test of time. Sunk fence posts, sagging pergola bars. Very, very shoddy installation. Broken promises to fix. Very professional persona, but BAD work.
Description of Work: Had 6 ft tall privacy fencing installed around a patio area. Two sections of 3 ft fencing in front and back yard. Also had a pergola installed. The posts on the 6 ft fencing sunk within a few weeks of intstallation and had to be completely reworked. Two post have sunk yet again, and the unevenness is very obvious from the street the street view of my property. Some of the 3ft post have sunk unvenly - an this is on LEVEL ground. THE PERGOLA IS A PIECE OF JUNK!!! It had to be revlevled also, and almost immediatley the structure starting sagging. End caps have fallen off. It looks terrible. By 2007, I got the company involved and FOR OVER TWO YEARS these people have been promising me a fix. I even have the emails stating they would fixe the pergola . I will have to pay to have the structure torn down. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT.

+ -1 moreIt was a mixed experience. The quality was pretty good, but the fence was not complete on the date promised, however they did eventually finish the work. They are not prompt on fixing problems, but it does eventually get done.
Description of Work: They put in a fence around the perimeter of our property. It was 1200 linear ft.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED STYX VALLEY IN THE PAST AND I AM VERY HAPPY. A KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON CAME TO GIVE ME ADVICE AND ON ESTIMATE. THE INSTALLERS ARE POLITE, TIDY, AND GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.
Description of Work: TEAR OUT AND HAUL AWAY EXISTING CHAIN LINK FENCE. INSTALL 6 PANEL OF VINYL FENCING. SET ALL POSTS IN CONCRETE 3 FEET DEEP. REMOVE AND RELOCATED 2 EXISTING VINYL FENCE PANELS.
