We initially had Mark and Rescue stain our outdoor playest per manufacturer specs after purchase. After 2 years or so, it was showing alot of wear so Mark came out and assessed things. Had the stain product rep come out and most likely the product did not seal properly. Rescue washed and re-stained the set (product comped by SW). Also, our original wood windows (now 15+ years old) had significant wear/rot on the lower frames. Appears these were not sealed and painted by the now defunct window company/factory. So they sanded and painted the salvageable ones and flagged walked us through which ones were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Really appreciate the extra time the crew took to show us what and why certain ones were beyond fixing. Crew was on time, clean, professional, and responsive. Great job guys.

Quoted $10,100 for job. This was much higher than any other bid. Best quote was $2900 for same materials and similar process.
