Showed up on time and ready to work! Did not even want to take a lunch break-we made them! Very friendly and did a great job!

They were on time and very easy to work with. Everything was packed with care on the truck and overall did an excellent job. Great guys, great job!

They moved me out of my apartment into my house. I have a long flight of stairs in my apartment and they didn't bump any of my furniture on the walls. They were quick and didn't waste time! Very friendly!

They were very accommodating to overtime schedule. No messing around, got furniture, left unpacked in 2.5 hours. They were fantastic.

Found blue man on line. Seth called back within 30 minuted' conformed availability to complete job within one hour. Followed up (reminder call) on-time and within budget very professional.

First when I called the manager or supervisor (it was a guy do not remember the names) called to get a job estimate. I specifically told him that we needed everything packed, boxed and moved. All our belongings, furniture etc for our 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome. My husband was working constantly at the time and didn't wan to put the strain on me, I have health issues unable to only do what I can. We have no family or close friends in the area to have helped us. Started off with that call, he said he didn't even came out to do an estimate and that he got all my information I described. I asked him again to make sure, still said no need for it. He said was going to send 3 guys to do a pack and move. Stated should be around approximately 6-7 hours. These 3 men showed up at 8:30 am. They very young like college guys. I was doing homework and overseeing and telling them what I needed packed etc. My husband showed up around 11 to check on things. They did not even get to our guest bathroom or bedroom yet. I stated as well in the beginning, be careful of the fragiles these are my grandmothers ( now I know to pack my fragile items myself ahead of time) they said "OK, no problem". I was realizing that they didn't nearly have enough boxes. When my husband was there, they said we ran out of boxes, I can go get some more or "call it a day and we can finish up another day". My husband stated no, lets get this done one of you go and get boxes, I'll stay here. HE packed up the guest bathroom in garbage bags just get things moving along. My husband came back again after getting a text from me around 2 that they were not even close still being done. I was getting worried, it was getting close to our estimate time, pricing was on my mind etc. Near the end, they drove the trucks to the house. That took another 3-4 hours. I watched them and they were taking "mini breaks" in the truck not trying to move the next items. Our full day of an estimate 6-7 hours from the owner of the group ended up to be from 8:30 am until 7:30 at night by the time they finally left our house. We were going through unpacking and it was AWFUL incompontent job. My FRAGILE tea cups were at the bottom of boxes on top of stuff. So I got worried something may have been broken. Another waste of my time that next 2 days went through EVERY single box opened it to check anything broken. Luckily, nothing was but they did not follow directions. The next day or so I left the supervisor a message regarding this, me nor my husband were happy. My husband was livid because he was paying these people, expecting an estimate and time for the job. Nothing that was said was even close. I know things take longer or prices are just estimates. There pricing was NOT accurate at all IF the owner or whoever came out for an estimate of how much stuff we had, he would have prevented half of this. They never called me back to respond to my concerns didn't leave much on a message just to contact me regarding the job and no return call. I even e mailed him, nothing. My husband filled out their personal company survey, we still didn't do anything. All in all very unprofessional, I believe that I was more then patient except for the fragile even if its clothes, non breakable stuff can go in whatever just enough to be duct taped up to get over new place. Non responsive to our concerns. So no, we will never ever use this company again and make sure to pass the word along for others not to use them to.

They were really good. They did everything I wanted. They were fast, reasonably priced and no damage was done.
