What concerns me is how they treat the neighbors who do not use their service. I would be one of them. My neighbors have been using them for the past 3+ years, during that time when the leaves are collected- theyare blown under the fence into the neighbors yard. Unless I specifically go outside and ask them to clean up the mess they put into my yard, they do not do this. The city we live in has noise ordinances that begin at 8pm for outside work, lawn mowers etc. They often arrive at 8:30 and do not finish until after 9 cutting grass, normally I wouldn't care, but I have brought up to them several times I have a baby who does not sleep through them mowing. When they collect snow, its frequently pushed in front of my driveway or my sidewalks which I spend large quantities of time cleaning filled again. As I mentioned above they do wonderful work for my neighbors who are paying for the service but they do not treat the surrounding neighbors with respect which has led to stress and tension when I ask my neighbors to address this to their lawn care service.
