From the beginning, Dave was very easy to work with! He is extremely fair and honest. He communicated every step of the way and kept me informed of any issues that came up. He does quality work quickly and his prices are great! I will definitely use Dave and Mitchell Construction in the future!

Nightmare, tile on surround and floor was so bad, had to redo, still bad, left half his money and never returned. Wax ring on toilet leaked...water damage. Worst tile job I've ever seen!

Very well, finally, somebody who does and says what he means, don't hesitate on Dave.

He came to review the job fairly quickly - three days. However, after waiting patiently for over four weeks, he never got back to us with an estimate nor has he communicated with us in any way. Finally, we sent a very courteous follow up email asking him if he would at the very least let us know if he was not interested in doing the work for us or if he could recommend someone else. Once again we patiently waited for yet another two weeks, and he still has not even had the courtesy to respond to our email inquiry. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! If he can't be bothered to show the courtesy of a simple response, he clearly does not have the time or inclination to do your job. Save yourself the time and frustration - contact someone else.

I requested an estimate and it was given promptly. The work was performed as promised. The workers appeared to work steadily and quickly. The work was cleaned up after each day, and at the end of the job everything was cleaned and looked as if they hadn't been there. Their attitude was excellent and the crew was very professional. I will ask them to consult on any other projects that I have.
