Lesch Tree and Landscaping failed to fulfill and finish a job for which he has been paid in full $450.00 to perform. On 7/1/2010 Nick Lesch gave an estimate to perform some yardwork for Mr. Cullen. Mr. Cullen paid a deposit of $200.00 for this work to be performed. Mr. Lesch arrived on 7/14/2010 to do such work, but never completed the job, asked for the rest of his money due, promising to come back and finsh the job. Mr. Cullen paid the remaining $250.00 trusting he would finish. Nick Lesch kept giving dates he would be back, but never showed up and never called to say he wasn't. When contacted he would give numerous excuses and give yet another day. He finally showed up on 8/2/2010, did about an hour and half of work, said he had to go dump a load off his truck and would be back. He never came back, and is not answering Mr. Cullen's calls. Mr. Cullen has filed a complaint with the State's Atty. General's Office also. The contract called for him to clean up landscaping around the house which he has left a mess, with numerous shrub stumps waiting to be either pulled out or ground. He did remove a brush pile from the side of the garage as asked. He was to originally remove 2 trees by the garage, but we decided to keep and trim them, and he said he would pull out some extra plants around the perimeter of the property in it's place instead. He was to remove a tree by the driveway, he did cut it partially down, but the stump is still waiting to be either pulled out or ground. He was to originally put in new plants and mulch around the house, which we decided to do ourseleves next spring, so again in it's place he was going to do some more clearing of old landscaping around the house. Mr. Cullen is disabled and unable to do this work himself, he is both physically and mentally impaired from a car accident.
Description of Work: Wanted Lesch Landscaping to come and remove all overgrown landscaping from entire yard and remove a brush pile from side yard.
