 + 0 moreHe came over and looked at what I wanted done said ok and said he would call me the following week. A week went by and I did't hear from him so I called him again. He said he had lost my number but he had it now and would call me the first of the following week. He never called so I found someone else.
Description of Work: I had two small projects, one to help me fix my floating floor and to put a bottom in a cupboard for me.

 + 2 moreHe came on a Thursday to see the jobs. He started the following Monday. He plugged through all the jobs with very little questions. He also made suggestions and recommendations in some instances. He was done with the jobs by the fourth day. He didn't always clean everything up after his jobs, but his work was above average.
Description of Work: He performed 10 different jobs (mainly electrical and plumbing) for us. He replaced a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, installed a ceiling fan, installed a new storm door, fixed door bell, installed new front porch lights, installed a motion sensor light for the driveway, installed new faucet on utility sink in basement, replaced main water service valve to house, and installed a shutoff valve.

 + 7 moreSo far everything has gone very well! We are very happy with the promptness, workmanship, advice, and reasonable cost of the work. Does a reasonable cleanup job after he is finished. He is also very personable!
Description of Work: Installed all ceiling fans, checked all electrical outlets to make sure they are working properly, installed copper tubing at water heater and plumbing under sink (after plumber failed), checked and relabeled electrical box, installed bathroom ceiling vent fan, and misc.. Will be installing attic ladder and putting flooring in attic and repositioning bathroom vent piping properly. Many more projects to come!

 + 1 moreHE GAVE ME THOROUGH DESCRIPTIONS OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS OF FURNACES I COULD HAVE INSTALLED (95% HIGH EFFICIENCY VS 80% UNITS). HIS ESTIMATE WAS EXACTLY WHAT I PAID. HAUL AWAY OF OLD UNITS WAS INCLUDED AND CLEANUP WAS GREAT! HE ALSO NOTICED A VENTING ERROR IN ONE OF MY HOT WATER TANKS WHILE HE WAS IN MY DUPLEX BASEMENT AND FIXED IT FREE.

Description of Work: I own several rental properties which require immediate repair attention at all hours of the day. Heat goes out, water tanks fail, siding blows off, roof starts leaking etc...... Its nice to know I can call this group of guys and problem is resolved within a punctual time. I have referred these guys to family and friends for all sorts of odd jobs and it seems like there is nothing they cant tackle. They come prepared, the price is always the best and they are all professionals.
