carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreIt's a husband and wife team and while they are very sweet and kind I felt that i could have done a better job myself with a rented cleaner. Also, the husband wasn't able to navigate thru the stairway very easily and the big machine that they used scratched up my freshly painted wall and they never mentioned it. It wasn't until the carpet was dry that I went to view the results and found the dings and scratches on my walls. (But in their defense it is a very narrow stairway). I just wish they would have said something when it happened. The carpets smelled good but they didn't look any different than before.
Description of Work: Cleaned the upstairs carpet and stairway.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, moved the heavier pieces of furniture shampooed the carpet. It looked great when done and wasn"t overly wet like some carpet cleaners leave it. Looked great.
