He arrived on time for estimate and then for performing the labor. He cleaned up sawdust after work was completed. He also showed me how to change out the glass for the screen on my storm door. I will definitely call him back when I need more work done.

I called again three days later when I had not heard from him, he came by and said he had forgot all about me. Then almost immediately said he could not do the job, didn't have the ladders. Called so eon else and left hi. A message that guy never called me either. Not impressed, although he was nice on the phone, he was unreliable and unprofessional. Told me he Faroe by my house three times since I talked to him but never looked at the job.

They answered the phone promptly, agreed to the work and time. One person was sent over as the work was not complicated. He showed up as agreed to, introduced himself, and then completed the work in a short period of time and left. He checked with me before leaving to see if I had any questions or needed anything else done. This was a small task, but even so he was very professional about it and it was obvious it was important to him to do a good job. I will absolutely contact them again if there is a handyman need.

I would recommend him to everyone, very polite and considerate, that is so hard to find these days.
