+ -1 moreThe company kept me informed, took their time to try and repair the hard drive on my computer, retrieved and downloaded everything from my old hard drive and placed on external hard drive for me, replaced the hard drive. It's now running like new. While the repair took longer than I had hoped, there was a lot of diagnostics they had to do before determining the hard drive couldn't be repaired. They let me know what hard drive they were going to put in, I requested one with more gb and memory than I had before, gave me a price and installed the one I wanted. I picked up my computer, plugged it in and was online in 3 minutes!! I love it! Everything is there and I am thrilled with the service, cost and efficiency. I highly recommend Salem Computer Center for any of your computer needs!!
