Met with the contractor twice during the selection process. Contractor provided a date for doing the work before selection. After we chose Superior, contractor and I confirmed that date, subject to weather, for work to commence. Contractor arrived promptly on time on date specified with a crew of four and the right, commercial-grade equipment to do the job efficiently. We took a walk around to confirm what was to be done before work started. He and his crew leader worked with my wife and I to ensure that her plantings and the design of the landscaped edging were what we (she) wanted. They were courteous and performed work professionally. With a full team, they completed all work in one day. My wife and I were most pleased. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! After the fact, the contractor has followed up twice to determine if everything was to our liking and that the grass was coming in our very shady yard as planned. Long and short, we made the right decision to select Superior. We have had many compliments on our yard - straw and all. As a retired senior, I can now enjoy doing the upkeep since it is the prettiest yard in our neighborhood! Thanks, Superior, for a job well done!

This is a new provider of lawn care service for my mother who is elderly (89) and lives in Ohio. When I saw her lawn after their first visit I was WOW'd and so was she. It has been years since her property has looked as good as it does right now so she has hired this company to do her lawn care every week. Last week the company placed mulch around her gardens. Mom is thrilled so far with their quality of work, reasonable prices and professionalism. Also, they show up when they say they will. The owner visits every job to make sure the work meets each customer's satisfaction. Just so you know, I got so tired of Mom complaining about past providers. Usually it was and quot;they missed this, they missed that, they haven't returned my phone call, they didn't show up when I thought they would,and quot; etc. She finally said it was worth paying a little more because she no longer has to worry about things getting done. Before Superior it was price, price, price. Every time I talk with her after this company has stopped by, she just raves at how beautiful her lawn looks. As of yesterday she wants them to have complete care responsibilities of her lawn and garden. I personally met the owner. He was very patient and respectful with my mother. He told her that she would not be disappointed in the company's work, and she hasn't been.
