Description of Work: Cadile Construction built a 30x40 deck around our above ground pool. Outside of some weather related delays, which they worked hard to compensate for, we have been pleased with the project. The workmanship was professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and, as we were out of town during the majority of the construction, they worked with us to make the project run smoothly. We have several other substantial projects on the horizon and plan to keep them in mind when the time comes to build again.

 + -1 moreWe had our current house built a number of years ago, so we have worked with many contractors in the past. I can honestly say I can't remember any that were more ethical or honest. For example, when the deck material came, the supplier sent some longer boards as they did not have the shorter size. At the end of the project there was some material left over. Just imagine my surprize when I answered a knock on my door to find the owner, Sam Cadile, with a check for me of over $400. Even though we had a contract for a specific price, he gave me a refund. Then and there I knew this was someone I could trust. I have even felt quite comfortable leaving my house to run errands when he was working inside even though I had never met him prior to this. I have found Sam Cadile to be knowledgeable, a good problem solver, and offer a fair price. I especially like the way Cadile Construction cleans up EVERY time after their done for the day. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Cadile Construction did two major projects for us. First they installed a beautiful 500 square foot Trex deck after tearing down the old wooden deck which had become quite an eyesore. Liked the work so much we had them demolish our kitchen counter tile and replace with large gorgeous granite tile. They also replaced the built in oven, stove top, and sink. The kitchen looks "awesome". Some smaller projects have included replacing the garage doors and openers along with installing some wooden interior doors.
