I have a small fish pond next to the deck, about 500 gallons. They removed the fish, vacuumed the water out of the pond, cleaned the pond liner and surrounding rocks with a pressure washer, refilled the pond, and put the fish back. They removed some of the ivy growing next to the water. They removed the rocks that had fallen into the pond and put them around the edges. Two men arrived at 8:15 in the morning. They left at 10:15. I expected to be charged for 2 1/2 hours work. I had been given an estimate of $90.00 for the first hour and $55.00 per hour for each additional hour, so I expected to pay about $200.00. But when I got the bill it was for 5 1/2 hours for a total of $361.97. When I questioned the charges I did get a second bill where they had taken off the 1/2 hour, but they still charged me for 5 hours. The charge per hour turned out to be $124.00. To me, that's pretty expensive for pond cleaning. And the estimate wasn't worth anything. "124 is more than 55." They did a pretty good job of cleaning, but I don't think it was worth $124.00 per hour. And I think when you ask for an estimate you should be given all the facts so you can make a decision. I don't think I will be using this company again.

I discussed getting an appointment with the company over the phone. They gave me an initial estimate of $200-$300, but could not give me a set date. I requseted a three day notice, because I wanted to be here when they did the work. I never received an appointment. One afternoon, I came home from an appointment, to find the company at my house tearing plants and starting work. This caused me to miss/cancel a previously scheduled appointment. The work that was done was less than satisfactory, and one of the workers clearly did not know what he was doing (the other worker was very good). In my opinion, one of othe workers was compeltely incompetent and had business being out here. After they left, the waterfall which was previously discussed was never repaired. When I mentioned this to the company, they said it would be another $75 fee to come back to my home. When I found they were here, I called the owner, I told him I was very upset, and they had no authorization to be here. I have now been given a bill for over $900 (which took 3 months to get). I called him two weeks ago to discuss the matter and got no response. Also since they cleaned and worked on my pond it is now leaking, which was not occurring before they worked on it.

They were very good and did a good job. The price was excellent. They showed up when they promised they would.

It went great Greg was totally professional. The waterfall is a beautiful addition to the pond/back yard. The only casualty was one koi that jumped out of the temporary holding tank and wasn't noticed right away.

Matt was prompt with his quote and took time to help me select the type of grass seed for my lawn based on conditions and use. Matt also did the actual work and was very clean and checked back on the progress and left us with additional seed for any bare spots that might emerge.
