+ -1 moreBuschur's is everything we wanted and more. They installed a geothermal system for us about 4 years ago, and we LOVE it. It was hard to believe their claims about its efficiency, how low our electric bill would be, but they were SPOT ON. Our electric bill hardly increased, and we used to heat with wood (that we cut and split ourselves - we're glad to be done with that ;-) )! They were very thorough and professional - HIGHLY recommend.

Description of Work: Checked furnace for the winter season and made sure filters were changed and was operating properly; service was prompt and repairs made to ensure best efficiency. Furnace was purchased from them in 1998; they said it would be good for at least 20 years; so far, so good!:)

Description of Work: They were very professional.. The only problem I had was they charge a fee from their company in another town to your house.. Even though they were already in the town...but for reliability and service there are no complaints

+ 0 moreOur furnace acted up, upon suggestion I called Buschur's. With operator I suggested control board was bad. Craig came out & said "NOpe", the next time called out he said "yup". Seven hundred dollars later for a @ most two hundred dollar control board our furnace ran for less than 2 weeks before a fan blower gave out. Craig offered to fix for one thousand dollars, in a day or 2. Also offered to replace whole unit he'd just said was groovy for eight thousand, twelve with a/c(butt it could be a couple weeks "in the middle of winter" yeah he offered to loan us some heaters). Anyway we called Stan Maitllen & the next day by 1 oclock our new furnace was installed for 2500. So well poop I got raped again by Buschur's then charged me another over $100. Thanks Stan I will call you when ready for the central Air!!!!! you win
Description of Work: Craig replaced a @ most control board for furnace of $200 for about $700. Said furnace was groovy. Less than 2 weeks later had trouble with unit & now says replace whole unit for $8000. Wait 2 weeks mind you. we switched to Stan Maitlen who had us up & running by noon the next day for $2500. Oh yeah then Craig @ BUSchur's charged me another over one hundred dollars

+ -1 moreWe are very happy with them. We built a new home at that time and I don't remember the cost. We went through a contractor and we might have been able to find someone a little cheaper, but they had a very good reputation for putting geothermal in and do a lot of that in our area so that is why we went with them. We have only had one issue. At first I thought we were going to be charged for something faulty that was not their fault, but was with the equipment, but they made it right with us. I am happy with the quality because they made things right.

+ -1 moreThey are fine. It was under warranty. The price was great because we didn't pay anything. He was great and we had no problem with him.
Description of Work: They worked on our geo-thermal that they installed. We've had it in about 3 years and you have to redo the refrigerant over every so often so they did that.

+ -1 moreInstallation went well and their crew timed installation in with our other contractors. Service in the seven years since has been responsive to serve our needs. When a foundation repair by another contractor severed a refrigerant line they were very responsive and the system repaired recharged and running within 3 hours.

+ -1 moreTop-notch experience. Very personable exchange, thorough explanation of what was being done. Price was as estimated, and they were flexible in allowing me to do some of the work myself. My only negative issue was I needed to do some simple landscaping clean up after they left. I wish that had been included, but otherwise it was great experience.
