Excellent. Not only did he have great ideas and suggestions for the layout, but also made recommendations that enabled us to receive additional discounts and rebates that enable everything to be high quality and work with our budget. When we received the cabinets, the manufacturer had reversed one cabinet. When brought to their attention, Lowes immediately remedied the problem.

They were fantastic. They were super nice people and they did their work very well. My carpet is still excellent after five years. The cost is reasonable.

I had a wooden door there but I some drainage problems that caused the door to rot. I got a metal door from Lowes and they installed it for free.

The Lowes salesman was very helpful, friendly and professional. He opened a special order program for windows screen and we were able to just go item by item until all the windows were ordered. The computer program is excellent as you must answer all of the questions related to your window, assuring you get exactly what you want. Windows arrived very quickly for custom windows. All windows were correct and undamaged. They arrived 3 days before the estimate of two weeks.

I am very impressed with my experience with Lowe's and the wonderful people who represent and install for Lowe's. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me get the look I wanted to achieve. I received several calls from Lowe's checking to see if everything was satisfactory along the way. My floors look great. Will try to add pictures.

What a wonderful experience we had trouble with a contractor who gave us one price then lied about the window we ordered so we were a little cautious about it when we went to lowes in St Clairesville the employee in the window area told us about their windows so we decided to give it a try and we are glad we did the contractor they use was awesome they are insured bonded and they do a background check their employees we had 25 windows installed it only took one day we were so please we have told everyone about the experience.
