Flowers were ordered, paid in full, one week in advance. Flowers never showed up in the morning, A phone call later with out a definitive answer they arrived 6 hours late, 3pm almost the end of the work day. Arrangement was suppose to be star gazer Lillie's with supporting flowers in a decorative vase, delivered to the reception desk, so they could be transferred to the correct area of the building. Arrangement ended up being 7 roses with some pink carnations with a lot of green filler. The delivery driver took them to a side door handed them to a random person and left. Another phone call explaining this is not what I ordered, got me an explanation, stating there were Lillie's just not opened and this is what I ordered. I've ordered this same vase for 6 years and there is nothing related to a Lilly in this arrangement. Their good employees are gone as well as their quality. Buyer beware, I'll never use them again. You could have purchased what they sent at the local grocery store.
Description of Work: Absolutely terrible. Sent wrong product, 6 hours late, and didn't even drop off to the correct location at the building.
