Description of Work: Provided a thorough home inspection

Description of Work: Chuck Conaway did the home inspection on our new home in rural Ohio. Chuck was prompt, thorough, kind and humorous. We arrived at the home early while Chuck was still going through the house with a fine tooth comb so we killed some time walking around the land. Chuck called us in 10 minutes before the scheduled time and began walking us around the inside of the house to point out the issues he had found. I won't go into detail of the issues, but Chuck did a very thorough job from top to bottom. He climbed up onto the roof, climbed into crawl spaces, checked insulation, plumbing/venting, structure, electrical, fireplace, decks, grading of the land, basement, appliances, and the outbuilding. After walking us through the home interior, exterior and outbuilding, all while answering our extensive questions, Chuck printed the inspection report right there and then so we could verify that the report covered everything.
