Description of Work: Preparing condo for sale, so several small jobs. Mulch, adjust storm door and french doors, fix squeaks in floor, reinforce section of floor and repair hole in ceiling including popcorn finish.

Description of Work: David is very good at whatever I ask him to do. I generally have a 'to do' list every 4-5 months -- caulking, hanging doors, building gutters -- whatever I come up with. He does a great job and always tells me what else I need to get done next, which I appreciate. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Poston Home Improvements LLC did our heating and air conditioning. The house was 50 years old, it was heated by a fuel oil hot water boiler and there's no air conditioning at all so Joe put in all of the ducks and two new furnaces, two new air conditioners, 2 new heating pumps, 2 new hot water tanks and other stuffs.

 + -1 moreI had an appointment set with David 2 weeks in advance for him to come and give an estimate. He did not show up, nor did he call. I finally called him after 20 minutes of waiting and he had a hectic day so he did not look at his schedule and forgot our appointment. I was willing to wait for him to come over in 30 minutes (which would have been an hour after our scheduled appointment) but he seemed inconvenienced to do so and not really willing to make the effort so I told him to forget it. I will move onto another contractor. Very unprofessional!!

Description of Work: Dave patched a large crack in my living room wall, a very long and wide crack that stretched the length of my two-story loft living room. At no extra cost, he patched a number of smaller cracks in the room, volunteering to do so before I asked him. His work was excellent and I'm very happy with it.
