Fehring Services

Had a leak around my septic tank outlet and got a referral for Fehring Services from a neighbor. These guys are the cream of the crop! Expert knowledge and they didn't just do a simple repair, they checked they system and found the outlet pipe was also broken under ground a little further down the line and repaired that as well. My iron tank lid ring was so rusted it came apart and they're fabricating a new one at a fraction of the cost of ordering a replacement. No over charging by this company, they're very reasonable with their cost. This company is my company from now on for any septic system needs! I wish I could rate them higher. Well done!

I am waiting for services to be performed. The services have to be performed after when we have a stretch of weather that is well above freezing. I have been talking with them since the last three months and they say that they are waiting for the weather to change. They described to me exactly what had to be done when they looked at the unit. It fell right in line with what the health department had described to me. They gave me a quote and explained that they would be out as soon as the weather changes. I can’t judge the quality because I have not seen their work.

They were very helpful in assisting us with solutions to a cistern cover problem, even though they do not service cisterns. They took the time to work with us, returned phone calls promptly, and the prices were reasonable. Will definitely use again when it is time for septic service.

They cleaned the system and checked for operational usage. They repaired the red light on top of the motor tank so we would know if the system should fail. Everything in perfect order as of today, 8-5-2013. I expect it to remain so since I feel they are reliable based on past experience with employing them.

The high water alarm went off on Sat., 11/12 in the afternoon. Our maintenece contract is with Fehring Services but they do not work the weekend. After contacting a member of the family at home, she was able to make some suggestions but they did not work out. We were without water usage for that Saturday and Sunday. Mark came out about noon on Monday, diagnosed the problem and replaced the pump. He then took the time to answer all of our questions, showed us what we can do ourselves in the future and explained how the whole system worked.
