Six Nails Roofing

Do not do business with Six Nails Roofing. Do not even discuss doing business with Six Nails Roofing. They are a insurance scam outfit. They knocked on my door with the same "hail damage to roofs in your area" spiel and convinced us to sign a contract with them. As first-time homeowners, we didn't know any better. Their work was subpar at best. They left nails laying on the ground in the yard and the driveway and there is a visible gap on the edge of the roof, which they only slapped some new (I assume) tiles over the old ones, so when it rains it leaked through the kitchen ceiling. We had to put a bucket in the attic space to collect the rainwater so it didn't damage the ceiling. When my wife contacted them multiple times, we never got an answer or response. I'm pleased to see that the BBB finally revoked their accreditation. Hopefully other homeowners don't get conned by them like most of their previous customers. I can only assume they don't have a 1 star average rating because they've either written a bunch of their own 5 star reviews or paid/enticed someone to do it for them. Listen to the customers who had rotten experiences. Go with somebody else.

These people are absolutely horrendous. I decided to go with another company, simply because these guys have terrible Google reviews. When I went the other direction with a reputable company with great Google reviews, these people get mad, threaten you to put a lien on the house, threaten you to take you to court, and even come bang knocking on the door. STAY AWAY!!!! YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU DID

The whole process went very smooth! Definitely a happy customer. Doug and Amy were great to work with. Very professional and honest people. Roof looks great!

Went the extra mile to have my insurance company pay for complete roof repair.

Overall it went great! After a few days of choosing them for the job, the roof material was dropped and then put on the next day. The siding was dropped but due to unfavorable weather had to wait a few days, but as soon as it was clear they were right out and it went right up. Both jobs look great and I’d recommend them to others. If you want great work and a timely response these are the people you want. Thanks again!

Six Nails and their crew did a phenomenal job on the repairs needed for my home. They were very kind and knowledgeable when it came to all my needs for my home repairs. Very clean and organized crew, they treated my home like it was theirs. I would highly recommend Six Nails, outstanding company.

It went very well. The crew was efficient. Clean up was done effectively. They went around the property and picked up debree completely. The roof has a 30 year guarantee. there was water shield put down. My house seems to stay warmer now. I had a friend who works construction, he watched the work and said it was done well. The crew was friendly. Many of my neighbors had roofs done by this company. Additionally there have been some high winds in the area and the roof shows no signs of damage. Suggesting the roof is very secure.

It went very well. It was raining but they got out and completed it in just two days. Its beautiful and its been a year we had a lot of rains and winds and there were no problem. The workers were very professional, respectful and cleaned up after themselves each day.

They were very professional and they were dedicated in making me happy. Every request that I made they did it in a very timely manner.

Stated a new roof was needed, after a couple of days investigating and anayzing the information, determined they were just storm chasers that happened to be in the neightborhood. Insurance adjuster looked at my roof, stated my roof looked to be 10yrs old. Roof is actually 16yrs old. Stay away from them as they are just out looking to make a quick buck and get you in a mess.

I had a 2 person crew , 1 main guy , from Guatamauia ,who could only speak and understand limited English, and his American wife / helper. I asked ,at the beginning of negociations, for American workers , who could understand English. So I guess I got 1/2 of my request. I'm not a siding guy , and it looked ok to me ,until about 2 weeks after they were gone , that 1 piece of siding came loose. I was still able to contact my job supv, he came out and fixed it. About 3 months ago 2 more pieces came loose. Called Co. approx 5 times , left msgs. Got 2 call backs , and guy said he would check it out. That was 2 montha ago. I got up there and found nothing in the area was nailed. Nothing to do with storms or wind , just no nails.I fixed best I could. The siding they tore off my house was 37 yr. old. never a loose piece. Made it thru 70 MPH winds with IKE remenants. Probably will have to get this job torn off , and get a co. who know how to do siding to replace. Would never recommend Six Nails Roofing.

6 Nails advocated for us arguing that Ohio is a reasonable match state (shingles) and clearly the shingles did not match. 6 nails fought the battle with the unreasonable insurance company and got the entire roof covered. They performed beautiful work and they were lightning fast. I cannot say enough about 6 Nails Roofing-they went far above and beyond!!!! Great company!

Brad from Six Nails was able to get the cost of a new roof covered by our insurance. We only had to pay the deductible. The old roof was torn off and replaced with a new one in one day. They were efficient and it looks great. They did a fairly good job of cleaning up afterwards. Since we have young children we asked them to come back and go over the yard again with their magnetic roller to get any remaining nails, which they did. Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided and would recommend them.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! It took them multiple trips to put the siding on and it's put on incorrectly. The first storm that came through, after they got done, blew multiple pieces off. I have talked to them several times about coming out and fixing it and they have yet to call me back.

I think they did a great job. I was very happy with the price. Paul really worked with me to be sure we stayed inside my budget. He walked me through all the options, pricing, and process. Paul made some recommendations on shingle color and how it would look with the siding. Work was performed in one day. The crew was very professional and considerate. Finished roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend them.

6 Nails replaced most of the roofs in my neighborhood after a hail storm in August 2015. I was skeptical when they came to my door, as they were not the first roofers to come to my door; but Paul really knows what he is doing. He said he could get my roof replaced, and he did, even though it had been seven months since the storm. Paul, the owner, was always very helpful and willing to listen to me whenever I had a question. The workers showed up on the day they said they would (at 6:30AM) and didn't leave till all the work was done and all of the mess was cleaned up (9:30PM). I have dealt with other roofers in the past and they always leave roofing nails all over the yard and in the driveway; but not these guys. Everything was cleaned up, even all the nails from the old roof were removed from my yard and driveway with a magnetic roller. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
