I was really surprised to see how clean my home was over the course of my installation. My crew, Alex & Dimitri, covered all of furniture, carpet, belongings; just did a magnificent job containing all of the dust and everything! The entire process from beginning to end happened so smoothly and I have so many people to thank, from my Project Manager to the aids in the office scheduling all of the visits! We went to Window Depot because they were one of a few local retailers who carried Pro Via doors. We were extremely happy with the whole process. We spent 2 1/2 hours selecting our custom door. Window Depots software that allows you to see the door on your house was invaluable. The installer was a perfectionist and worked very hard so the door fit into our 80 year old home. NO cold air leaks at all. Overall, although the door was expensive it was well worth it. Everyone who sees it compliments us on it. Everyone we worked with at Window Depot was great.

We hired Window Depot to replace a double bedroom window. From beginning to end, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Our initial consultation with Brian was professional, informative, and a no pressure environment. Pricing was very reasonable, and the product excellent. Timeframe of delivery was as discussed, and installation was exactly as advertised in both quickness and quality of work. I was initially concerned about how much repair/touch up work of the frame and surrounding wall would need done after installation, but WD crew completed the job with the place looking exactly like it did before they arrived. Final product turned out great, and we’ve already noticed a difference in comfort and noise level In the room. Our follow up visit with Rory was a nice customer service touch to cap off the job. Highly recommend!

I cannot express enough how great it was to work with window Depot to get new windows. Sean, my sales person, was awesome and answered all of my questions anytime I had them via text or phone call. It was always what was more convenient for me which I loved. He priced out different options and brought samples out here for us to look at. The windows came in much sooner than was expected and scheduling the installation was a breeze!! The person came out and installed them. He was nice. He was quick. He did an excellent job and cleaned up everything after he left. My windows are amazing and I cannot wait to get more.
