Their recommendations have been successful and information has been accurate. They are very knowledgeable and have referred us to excellent trade’s people. I have chosen to do some of the work myself, but other contractors I am working with are familiar with Simply and have also spoke highly of them. They seem to have good connections with trades' people and distributors in the area. They were sensitive to our budget when directing me and advising me on choices. When discussing materials and options Lisa shared different price choices and her opinion, but left the choice up to me. I felt they were very professional and did note feel pressured at any point.

Lisa and Debbie were a dream to work with! Always very professional, dependable and knowledgeable. The design and, ultimately, the finished product exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more delighted with the results! It's "magazine beautiful"!! The construction company they contracted with to do the work was also terrific -- very professional, respectful and high quality work. As is true in any project of this magnitude, some issues arose along the way that needed to be addressed and amended. Our calls were always returned promptly, and the work was done in a timely manner. We have lived with our finished bath, now, for a few months and couldn't possibly be happier.

From the very start of this project there were issues with materials, supplies, mirror, sink, as well as the Contractor himself hired by Simply Kitchens and Baths. The quality was very poor. They never even completed part of the work (cover for the air duct above the bath tub as an example). The wall next to the new bathtub is now collapsing due to water damage. The sink is pulling away from the wall. Within three years+ of this work being completed, I am having to re-do the entire project from scratch. A complete gutting of this same bath room that was just remodeled a few short years ago. There is not ONE item or part of the work done by this company that is not now being completely re-done. Even the tile used in the bath room has cracks. Everything is being re-done. this proved to be the worst remodeling project I have ever been involved with in any home I have owned over the past 25 years. A complete disaster. Originally, I had legal representation to settle on the final bill for this work, but there was never any actual negotiation regarding the concerns over the work itself. It has essentially remained this way for the past 3+ years. Terrible, Horrible experience. It will probably cost me at least $10,000 to have the bath room completely re-modeled, based on actual estimates.
